I’m not seeing any answers that actually help so I’ll lay out what worked for me. I did all of the resetting and nothing fixed it until I found a dumb hidden setting!

Even if you have vibration on and notifications on from the Fitbit app itself, THERE IS A HIDDEN SETTING ON THE VERSA DEVICE - hold down the left button until a quick  menu pops up and make sure notifications are ON here. Solved it all for me.

Hope this helps!

I must have done this by accident! I checked and this was my issue. Recommend people check this first before all the repairing & resetting.

Thanks for this - I have tried everything to get the vibration on my versa working again - your solution worked.

That’s great! Really happy it worked for you. I know how frustrating it is when your watch isn’t functioning properly. 👍🏽💪🏽😉

I’ve tried this and a simple restart and all the suggestions above. Still no vibrations for anything. Is this a device or software fault? There isn’t much point in an alarm or a stopwatch if it doesn’t vibrate 😬. Any new ideas?

I've been experiencing the same issue where my missed calls and all texts are on the Versa but it wasn't vibrating when they came in. To elaborate on your post, I held down the left button and discovered notifications were turned off. Very simple fix. Thank you!

Hsdan,

Have you tried holding down the left button for a few seconds? It should display a screen that has notification on or off.

I had this problem. The online chat agent showed me that if you hold down the back button only, two options come up: Awake and Notification. Check that the Notification in that screen is on.

I had the same problem but I found the cause for mine! If you hold down the left side button it bring’s up a new screen with screen awake and notifications. All you need to do is tap notifications on 👍🏼

Thanks!  Got mine working again.  Didn’t know where this feature was.  Accidentally turned notifications off while changing my band.  U rock!

Excellent solution thanks! My daughter had the same issue and I couldn't work out why the notifications weren't showing. It was exactly what you suggested. The notifications on the Versa itself were switched to off.
