Hey

my battery died yesterday

charged and now it won’t turn in . I’ve tried holding all three buttons to no avail

please help

Factory reset .. is that when you hold the three buttons
I think it’s over the warranty?!

Yep, a Factory Reset is done by pressing the trhee buttons together. Since you think that it's over the warranty, I will flag your post to the Moderator Team. Regards kuzibri

Hi, mine does the exact same thing. I’ve done the reset and it’s just a blank screen but the green light flashes on the back.

Mine is completely black, no green or red light on the back either. It wa working perfectly fine Friday night and then was black Saturday morning. I had it on the charger all day, still nothing. Factory reset not working.

Mine won't turn on at all. Completely black and no lights on back either. Help! I've had it for 2 and a half years. Ex boyfriend bought it for me so no receipt.

Mine is doing the same thing and it went black Saturday night. I purchased my Versa in May 2018, so it isn't even 2 years old. Can someone help?

I’m having the same issue. My Fitbit died the other day, nothing will turn it on. I’ve tried pressing down all buttons and leaving it on the charger for a day. My boyfriend has a versa and I tried his on the same charger and it works. Please help!

Hey guys! I find myself in a similar situation as  my versa was in half battery left moments ago and was working fine. But not the screen won’t turn on at all. Help please 😞

I see I am not the only one in the same situation. I just finished a chat with customer support and I was offer 25% off another purchase since the warranty expired. I’ve only had this for just over a year. I not very happy right now.
