@DavideFitbit Is there an ETA on being able to add multiple devices to the account? I’m ready to buy the luxe if it’s going to happen soon! Please let us know what’s happening. Thanks!
“Yes, this issue has been addressed. There is now an automatic belt that scans this question, replies saying that it is being addressed and then moving the request to the trash.
Thank you for making this request. You are a valuable customer for bringing this to our attention.”
This is the response, after so many years of making this request, that should really be sent out. Wouldn’t it be nice if we were being told the truth? Wouldn’t it be nice if something was actually being done about this?

I was so excited to get my new Charge 5, went to add it on the FitBit app and found out I can only have a charge 4 or a 5 on one account but not both Please make it possible to have more than one of these devices connected to a single account.

To be able to add more than one Fitbit device to my account.
---------------------------
So when is this feature going to happen as this thread was started 7 years ago. I have more than one Fitbit and will like to be able to have them both on the account without having to switch all the time. That was the main reason I started with Fitbit to begin with. You would probably get more customers if you had that option also.

RE: Allow multiple devices on the same account (Sense, Ionic, Versa, Inspire, Charge & Luxe)
Hi nx01ebs (Jogger), Mate if you read the long list of posts you would see I was amongst the FIRST users that requested this problem be looked at some 5/6 years ago! And yes I persisted with all sorts of requests on most social media platforms. However 2 years ago I purchased a 3 x Garmin fitness watches, I have been VERY HAPPY with the operation (all 3 are attached to the same account) and often swapped several times a day with no sync setup or problem! I have also connected to many other users and have a huge range of challenges many with 50 - 150 users...
I still have many very good Fitbit friends so IO keep a Inspire connected and it always with me at least in my pocket, this way I get to maintain the contact with my Fitbit freinf=ds...
So good luck with Fitbit and multi devices on one account....
Hope you get to see this post before it is taken down as any post expressing concerns in this manner do.
I've been a Fitbit user for many years. First I used a Flex and a Charge. Then I used a Charge 2 and Charge 3. But now that I want to use a Charge 3 and a Sense, I can't. Something about sharing the same app.

I had a charge 3, I found after purchasing a Versa 2, you cannot link more than one fitbit device with an app gallery to a single account. I used to do this with older fitbit trackers all the time.

Just bought a lux as an addition to my sense for options, one being a smartwatch and one a tracker. Different sizes and different options so when I tried to setup the lux, it replaced the sense????? Why would fitbit discourage customers from buying different equipment by limiting us to only 1 in the app. Someone in developing missed the boat on this one. I've had fitbit trackers since 2014 and switched once to a galaxy watch which I returned and went back to fitbit. You've got good products but why would i want to buy anything new knowing this is a problem. PLEASE FIX THIS!
This is a question that has been asked by many people for a number of years. Fitbit has not done anything to resolve the issue. It will likely not be resolved any time soon, either, since Fitbit has not publicized any plans to resolve this issue.
I’ve clearly asked the same question as so have many, many more people and we have yet to get a response other than they are thinking about it.....which appears to be that it’s been issue they aren’t going to fix
I can pair my charge 2 and ionic for my account and I didn't see the problem until I bought sense. I can only pair either sense or ionic but with charge2. If Charge 2 can be paired either sense or ionic, why can't sense, ionic and charge2 (or any other fitbit products) be paired to the sam account? We wear the product based on convenience, fashion and situation. Since this topic has been brought up many years ago, I think we deserve to have a quick answer for ETA !!!!
Sometimes they are better features to use one smartwatch to track exercise such as Versa 3 with built in GPS than Versa 2. Thus allowing two smartwatch to clock different exercise and combine the steps due to their work regime which may require a versa 3 and outside work, a versa 2 is sufficient to clock a static run or workout exercise.
Hi @Pellty, thank you for sharing this idea about the option to have multiple Versa series watches or other devices set up on the same account.
