I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Same problem, just started at lunchtime. Cleared app cache, shutdown app and re-started. Still broken.
My app is on Android and is App version 4.57.fitbit-mobile-11038709[need to spell these numbers out as the forum software says they are "not permitted in this community" three seven dash eight three zero one nine five six nine six], which is the latest version on the Google Playstore, dated 11/12/25 so it's not an update 4.58 as speculated by members of the iOS forum group. Running on Phone: Samsung S24FE, HW version 1.0; One UI ver 8.0; Android version 16.
Here we go again. Once again given on my recent history with fitbit and the fitbit app, and its current state, I again suspect some manager pushed the development team to prematurely release an app update or database update or a server reconfiguration, without adequate testing. Really, an embarrassment for the 3rd largest software developer in the world. When will engineering or project managers ever learn? Now they look stupid to their director or VP level bosses, as well as customers and shareholders, as their software is defective, and probably they missed any associated schedule milestone since the software has failed. Better to be a day late with a product that works than on schedule with junk. That's 42 years of SW/HW/system development, technology management, and development project turn-around experience speaking, not some young coder or wannabe manager whining.

I contacted support and they told me they are aware of the issues and will push a fix next week. Next WEEEEEK! Come on fitbit/Google... do better

Same problem here. Lots of reddit users have same issue. Suggestion seems to be to use myfitnesspal to sync steps and weight and then use the app to add food. Worked well for me but annoying to have to recreate all my regular saved foods. I was thinking of going back to premium but it appears the issue is the same so probably best to use fitbit as a step counter only. And as fitbits are being discontinued I imagine the app will just be moribund.

Happening to me as well! Phone is up to date and have deleted app, logged o it, restarted phone, all the things. App will delete the food I enter

Wtaf? This sense 2 blows. Nowhere near as as good as sense 1. Regardless i can put up with less control but the not being able to input food? Really? None of their solutions work which indicates bug is on their end. Fix it Google watch. Was way better before you guys bought out fitbit

We got suckered thinking Google would take care of fitbit. They don't care. I'm having same issues, done all their fixes. The food log is the primary reason i bought the **ahem** watch.
