I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

yep, every time I try to log something, when I go to put the 2nd thing in, it all disappears. Using old fashioned paper and pen for now lol

Yes. Totally worked yesterday. Today it replaces every item with the next one entered.

It seems ludicrous to me that an update which addresses a problem in such a basic function of a fitness tracking app/device would not be available on Google Play as soon as it is released.

Yet another app issue and its not the first time with this ether. I have exactly the same, won't log more than two foods and replaces another. And I also have uninstalled etc etc etc. I'm using charge 6 with Samsung.

So all of a sudden today I can’t log calories. App keeps deleting my calories logs right after I add them. Obviously a problem on Fitbits end. As usual no one makes a post on their support social media accounts acknowledging an issue or saying when it will be fixed. When will this be fixed so I can use the main feature of the app again?

Hello. The food tracker hasn't been working today. I've tried
Turning my phone on and off
Disconnecting and reconnecting my Inspire 3
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
Logging in and out of the app
Clearing the cache on the app
And a combo of all of these. I am frustrated. Please advise

Same here! As soon as I try to add something to my food tracking it bumps something else off. Looks like it caps at 3 food entries. I'm on Fitbit 4.57 release. I tried restarting my phone, logging out of Fitbit, and adding a food item to a different meal. Nothing worked.

Same here. Started this afternoon for me. I'm an iOS user and have updated the app today, then restarted iPhone, then restarted app. Still same issue with food logs disappearing. This is an important feature for some of us. I use it to track my protein and calories. Please demostrate your value of your customers and resolve this issue. Thank you!

I have the same problem, the food only let me add two items, after that the food will automatically delete/replace previous ones if I add more food. This problem occurred after I upgraded iPhone iOS to 26.1, I was on iOS 18.7 before and it had no issue. Now since I am using iOS 26.1, I tried to restart my iPhone, uninstalled and reinstalled my Fitbit app, nothing works!!! Frustrating!!!!

Same for me, with the addition that for at least a week I have been unable to log custom foods even after entering all the information.

I’m having trouble today 12/4/2025..food logging is not working and removes my entries. I’ve removed the app, reinstalled it, logged out of my account and logged back in, I’ve updated my iPhone iOS, turned off blue tooth and turned it back on. Nothing is working.

It just started doing this for me too. Logging a new food erases the last one I logged. It was working this morning when I logged my breakfast so it must've just broke between breakfast and lunch bug I haven't downloaded any updates today so idk how it broke. A week is ridiculous! What do they expect us to do in the meantime!?

Everything I entered disappears as I enter something else, it's only allowing one thing to stay on the app. This happened yesterday as well. I have logged out I've logged back in, I have cleared the cache, I've restarted the app, I've restarted the phone. Nothing seems to work and I cannot keep a log of my food. I'm using an Android phone.
Can anyone offer any type of help.
