I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Yes! Same thing is happening to me. I have force closed, updated the app, redownloaded the app, signed out/in, restarted my phone - all with no fix!

Mine isn't accepting the food data either as of today. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app as I'm sure that will be a tech support suggestion other than making sure the latest update was put on the phone. I just recently installed the new Fitbit update off of Google. So wonder if that's the issue is the latest and greatest update. Made a comment on the Google app page about it as well.

Same here. I tried everything that Brwell tried and plus rebooting my watch and double checking that I was the only person logged in on my accounts. for reference I'm on a Pixel 8 pro and a Pixel Watch 2, which has also been having issues synching since this started happening this morning.

Same problem with my charge 5. Also started at lunch time. When I added my lunch an item from breakfast disappeared. Now I only have one item left. If l add one, it replaces what is there !

8 year user here, but new to this area until today. I didn't see this thread until after I started a chat session about my same issue. Specialist is researching it, has escalated the issue. I'm currently in the chat session, and I passed on this thread so they know it's widespread. I'll update if/when I get any new info.

Exact same problem here iOS device. Just noticed it today. I have been logging food all day and didn’t notice it until today when I logged food a little differently. Hope something rolls out to fix the issue.

Good I’m not the only one! Another issue! Ugh! Hope they get fixed. Put items in and some just delete by themselves.
