I have added and readded several items today, but nothing "sticks". The app displays )0 calories in for today and I don't see any of the items I've added today

I'm having issues, too. Just started today. I have cleared my data and re-logged into the app fresh, but that didn't help

Same issue here. Logged breakfast and morning snack okay, but can't log lunch or dinner this evening. Cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted phone - still no joy.

I'm having the same issue on Android. I've restarted my phone and uninstalled/reinstalled the app, but whenever I log food, it will disappear and not register. Very frustrating! It just starting doing this after I downloaded the newest version.

Hi, as of today the Fitbit app won't save good I try to log. It logged, three things this morning, but now every time I try to add something new, it deletes something I already added. Also it deletes food that appeared to be successfully logged after closing/reopening the app.
I've already tried all the magic stuff. Yes I checked and no there are no uninstalled updates for the app. I have a Google Pixel 7. I have tried clearing the cache/data/force quitting the app and restarting my phone.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Having same issue. Happened once before and finally got fixed on their end. It’s frustrating. It’s a great tool for tracking when it’s working.

Same issues and tried everything that everyone else has. Log one, it goes away when I try to log another

Hi everybody! Thank you for your reports.
Our team has been made aware of the issue but need some info to investigate this.
Could you please answer the following questions:
Log food feature is not working as expected, does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app?
Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific?
Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base?
Are you using an Android device or an iOS (iPhone /iPad?
The more info you all can share the better our team can look into this.

Same... to ALL of the above. I was able to log food early this morning. But haven't been able to log anything since. Went through all the usual steps, just as you did. What a pain. But still can't log anything.

Every time I try and add my calories, I log them, the graph adds them then they all disappear. Never had this problem before, no matter what I do it won't let me add any calories. I've uninstalled, I've switched everything off and on, I've cleared the cache... nothing is fixing it

Here is some information @JuanFitbit. When one goes to correct the information on when you had the food, you get a message saying "An unknown error occurred". Plus, the custom food error is still not resolved.

Same here. Pixel 7, uninstalled, cleared all cache and "cleaned up" stuff from uninstalled apps, full power off, started Pixel 7, restarted my Charge 6, then reinstalled the app. No joy.
Hope they figure it out and fix it soon, as I'm having to make a manual log to enter later, as I can remember what I are but not always how many grams, etc.

This happens with both using the plus sign on the dashboard and the food site.
It happens for all meals.
Both custom foods and database foods are affected.
I'm using Android app.
It started at some point within the last 3-6 hours.

Me too! I tried adding new food via bar scan and add food from recent list. The system will not add any food to the daily log. I have logged out, restarted phone, checked for updates and nothing is logging.

Same experience here. Cache cleared with no change.
