I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

I have iOS and it’s no matter what way I logged it and custom made by me food and preexisting in the database.
It's happening to me too. Android, in the App, tried all the access points - plus sign, icon, from the widget. Really annoying as I was trying to do some macro/meal planning. Hope you folks can fix quickly!
1. It happens from both the food site and the + sign.
2. It happens with every meal after this morning's breakfast.
3. It's affecting foods listed in the database.
4. iOS
Continues to be an issue. Using IOS all foods logged for all meals ultimately disappear from the dashboard or the food site. I have rebooted the app, my phone, logged in and out, to no avail.
Android, charge 6. Whether using plus sign to search food, or selecting from my lists (including custom) the item gets logged, changes the calories count, then disappears after exiting the food section of the mobile app OR is overwritten by the next item entered. Calories for new item are added, but the overwritten item's calories are gone. In any case, it all disappears when leaving the food area of the app.
Best AnswerI'm on Android having same issues, using + and any other meal log options. Any meal time options. I'm intermittent fasting so using this feature is very important for my health.
Hi. Can you please stop messing around with things? I’ve had a Fitbit for years now. Worked great, until Google took over. Now everything is constantly glitchy. Every day, it’s a new issue. When this current Fitbit dies, I’m not getting another one.
Same issue for me. I was able to enter my breakfast but a couple hours later everything I enter for any meal time instantly disappears whether I scan a barcode or enter by using the plus sign.
ETA using a pixel 10
Doesn't matter which option I choose to enter my meal. Yesterday was fine. Today not. I reinstalled the app, restarted my phone. Nothing works. I can't add food. I tried quick calories, breakfast, lunch etc. It disappeared.
I have an android. Problem is since today.

Food not logging when entered. Just vanishes. How do we fix
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
Best AnswerSame for me on iOS, I put something in and it disappears after a few seconds. It has happened whether I use the plus sign or the food widget in my home page.
It happens with the (+) plus sign AND the barcode scanner. 'Add quick calories' doesn't work. Doesn't matter if it's 'anytime', 'breakfast', 'lunch', 'dinner', 'morning snack', 'afternoon snack'. and 'evening snack'. This affects custom food AS WELL AS the ones listed in the data base. My phone is a google pixel.
Same issue from an Android device. Yesterday was working fine and have not been able to log anything today, neither from the +sign or the food screen. Actually when I go to the food screen I can log it, but when I returned to the main screen it disappeared and shows 0. I contact support in the morning, tried logging off, reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, clearing the cache and nothing worked.
Same. Android, Pixel 9. Worked last night (up till at least midnight PST). Did the whole routine. Force stop, uninstall, restart, reinstall. Same issue.
Quick calories also does not work
Same thing is happening for me. Except nothing is saving. I added my pre-workout under "anytime" and it showed up, but when I went to my list to add something under my morning snack, it deleted the pre-workout. And didn't save the pre-workout or the morning snack.
I have Android.
I deleted the app, reinstalled. Logged out and logged back in. Cleared my cache. Turned my phone off and on.
It happened when I clicked log food from the home screen on the app. It happened when I held the app down and clicked log food from the widget on my phone home screen. It happened with food in the Fitbit data base and it also happened with food I put into the data base my self. Nothing saved from any of the different ways I tried to log.
My water log did stay though.

I'm having the same issue and it's happening with barcode scan, plus sign adding, whether recently or frequently used, looking up manually, or saved custom foods -xdoesn't matter, nothing saves. This happened with my lunch, afternoon snack, dinner & evening snack. Quite frustrating as I track my calroes & macros VERY closely for weight loss purposes and rely on this information daily.

Also I'm using Android
