Fitbit app - Food Fitbit App Deleting Food Logs Immediately

I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

It is ongoing for me 10:38EDT. I have an iPhone. The food pops on and off, leaving a couple of entries.

Mine is disappearing too, I have a Samsung phone. I've only noticed it with the + because that's all I ever use. It happens with every meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc. Both custom food and the database.

I log the food and when I attempt to log something else the first one disappears . . Furthermore when refreshed it all disappeared for today.

Having the same problem and did all the steps as mentioned by other users.  I have Android phone, using the + symbol to add food and it happens with every meal. The food items will show after input and then disappear and they do not update the food for the day. This includes all types of food input.

Me too! I found this while searching for information on the problem. When I went to log dinner, I realized Fitbit deleted my breakfast entry. Immediately after logging dinner, it deleted that too. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, re-entered both items, and then it deleted them!! 

For reference, the app is on my pixel 7, and I'm wearing a versa 4

I’m also having this issue. On iPhone, tried working around the issue by updating the app, logging out and in again, restarting my phone, logging food using the plus feature within the log and the Home Screen, logging my food eaten today as tomorrow’s meal. None of this helped, and it resets to the calorie count I had from early this afternoon.

Everything I enter shows up for a moment and then disappears.  Have rebooted the phone, updated my app, shut down the app and reopened. rebooted my phone again.  Nothing helps, everything I enter shows up for a few seconds and then disappears.  My last entries that stuck were early this morning.

I have an Android and it's doing the exact same thing to me hopefully I'm able to log in my food tomorrow but if not I really hope Fitbit fix whatever problem is happening..

Android. When I enter a 2nd food, the previous entry disappears. It happens with any food I enter - custom, data base, etc. Started this a.m., throughout the day and evening. Restarted phone, no change.

I have a Google pixel pro 9 phone app was working fine this morning now when I add food it only shows the immediate food for example I add breakfast then add lunch breakfast diapers

The input problem for me (IOS) is with any meal and any category (recent, frequent, custom). If I input something it stays for a few seconds then disappears or disappears as soon as I put a second item in at the same meal, or different meals. It was working fine 12 hours ago.

Same issue on Google Pixel with Inspire 3
