I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Log food feature is not working as expected, does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app?

Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific?

Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base?

Estimated time when this should be fixed??? Absolutely aggravating and this is the second time in a short period that the food log is not working. Why is this happening after never having any issues????

Mine is glitching too. It logged breakfast correctly yesterday (12/4) but since then every item I enter disappears after a few seconds. It will log the food and then when I go to log another food or exit and come back later every item has disappeared.This is for every food. I'm on an android device.

I've cleared the cache, logged out and back in, restarted both my watch and phone, checked the wifi and Bluetooth connection, and uninstalled and re-installed the app. Nothing worked.

I tried every iteration of using the plus entering the food in myself, it doesn’t work for breakfast lunch or dinner or any snack for me and it will also show different variations of calories in food logs on other parts of the page whether it’s zero or 1000 and then we’ll meet them again basically seems like the app for me is crashing out on all levels when it comes to logging food

Same issue starting yesterday afternoon (12/4) into this morning 12/5. Enter food, it shows in the log, enter something new, the last entry disappears, close app, log back in, and eveything in log has disappeared.

I have been having the same issue since yesterday 12/4/25. I thought I found a work around and entered foods in all categories but this morning everything disappeared from yesterday only. Really annoying as this is the only app I use to track foods.

Food logs are STILL disappearing. Please fix the issue. It is extra frustrating because we can no longer call and talk to someone when there is an issue. I have been a Fitbit user since they first came out but I will be switching to another device if this in not resolved soon.

Food entries disappearing for me as well. Iphone user. Entrees from saved entries or search. Any meal time seems to have the same issue. I’ve tried all recommendations for trouble shooting. Hopefully, this gets solved quickly.

Happens with any food, any meal. I don't use custom foods, so don't know about that. Using iOS. App fully updated and I've gone all the troubleshooting. I have to log my food each day and track my protein intake for my doctor. PLEASE FIX THIS! I'm getting very anxious.

Mine has been disappearing too. SO annoying. I have an apple phone and by now all my meals are disappearing as I put them in the app. I’ve tried everything: restarting, redownloading, rebooting the phone. Nothing helps.
