I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Hi all - just spoke to the support team who have advised me that they expect the fix to be here within 3/4 DAYS.
I attempted to ask to lodge a complaint and was sent a link to a feedback form and made aware that there is no direct complaint process.
Looks like it's time to look at other health trackers!

I am having the same issues. I have tried everything including deleting the app and reinstalling it. I did talk to customer support and he assured me that they are aware of the issue.

I have just bought the Inspire 3 and have the same problem. Am seriously considering returning it. Did not have this problem with the Inspire 2. Very disappointing.

I have the same issue, Android, and with all meals and foods (database and custom). Worked correctly until lunchtime yesterday (4th December), wouldn't save anything logged when I tried at around 5.30 pm

It occurs in the food site in the app
It started on 12/14/2025. I was able to log "morning snack" but nothing after that will stay saved. When I add multiple foods for the same time-block (like lunch) it looks like the prior entry is being overwritten by the new food I enter (so only one item will show up for that time-block). It appears to stay put, until I move out of the food portion of the app, but when I move back into the food portion of the app, the food entry is gone.
It affects any kind of logged food - frequent, recent, custom, foods I find through search, using the bar code. None of it saves.
I am using an android.

Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific? With Every food entry regardless of what meal selected.
Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base?

It doesn't seem to matter how you enter any food, wether from the + on the main screen or scrolling down clicking on food and entering from there. You enter it, it adds it for a second, and then it disappears completely. I've tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit, but nothing seems to work.

Same problem here on iPhone app. Tried to log food into yesterday Dec 4 25 (when problem started). All works fine and through logging food, but the log only temporarily shows for one item. When I close the app and re-enter, the log that was showing is gone and zero accumulated calories show for food. Other items are working, logging and reporting data.

Same issue. I logged breakfast and lunch in the morning and it saved. But yesterday evening and this morning no matter which way I try to enter (+ or in food catalog, saving one at a time or trying to log multiple, using saved entries or entering my own.. ) it shows one for a second and then it disappears. I tried going back and adding things to past days and to add things to today and it doesn't do anything.
I deleted the app and reinstalled, I cleared cache, I restarted my phone, I synced the app.. nothing working.

Happens when I’m in the food site. After I’ve entered about 10 - 12 items successfully, & I try to enter more, it deletes the first ones I’ve entered. Affects all food items. I use an iPhone.

Bought the Inspire 3 two days ago, now logging only one food item or not at all. Used the + in food and am on Android. Didn't have the problem with Inspire 2 and will send it back if not resolved quickly and will buy another make. Very disappointed.

I have an Android (Samsung S21+). It happens when using the (+) in the upper right of the Food section in my app. No entry will persist. The last entry I was able to input successfully was yesterday morning.
