When is this issue going to be fixed? It went from my food log disappearing to telling me I ate over 400,000 calories yesterday! Now it’s disappeared again. This reminds me of the water input problem earlier in the year. This app has become frustrating and unreliable.

I’m having the same issue. I’m an iPhone user. Tried all the same tricks (reboot, update app, uninstall/reinstall), but no luck. Will go back to Cronometer for now. Argh!!

I have an Apple app. Every attempt to add food in all possible methods results in logs disappearing. Started happening December 4. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I have disconnected the device and reset it. Phone reset. Every recommended action I have tried but with no results.

I'm seeing this issue since yesterday. I'm using the Fitbit app on an Android phone. When I logged dinner yesterday (12/4), it removed my breakfast and lunch logs. When I added breakfast, it removed dinner. Today I see that yesterday's entries are all gone and when I add anything to yesterday, it immediately disappears. This happens if I search for a food to add or add a recent or custom food.

I'm in the same boat as you and it's incredibly frustrating. This app is getting worse and I'm about to switch to something else.

It still isn't working. Do I need to abandon Fitbit and get a Samsung watch? This is ridiculous!!

When I tap “+” to add a food, it will let me add the food(s). But after adding the food, when I am looking at the main food page, the added food items disappear. I can watch them disappear. Food items also disappear when on the today page although I only see the calorie totals change.

I am very frustrated. For health reasons I log my food everyday. Calories. Fat grams, carbs, proteins and grams of sugar. I depend on the fitbit app. Yesterday and today, I log a food and it shows for 2 seconds and disappears. Please fix. I have a Samsung phone and a Fitbit Sense 2.

I did text chat with them. 20 minutes of getting nowhere, then saying we'll work on it.

Still screwed up! It doesn’t matter how I try to log the food it always automatically disappears. Started yesterday afternoon and still hasn’t been resolved. Very frustrating!

3 to 4 days?!! That’s nuts! Hard to believe Fitbit thinks that’s an acceptable response. I’m feeling very happy I didn’t renew my premium membership. Not worth it.

Have they still not figure out the issue with not being able to log food. I have an Android, and this is driving my OCD crazy. I'm currently writing every thing down on paper in hopes I will be able to enter this later.

The support is pretty disconnected from the people actually that work on the app.
I wouldn't expect it to be three or 4 days.
I wrote support about an hour ago, and they said they were unaware of any issues.... Don't bother dealing with support
