Fitbit app - Food Fitbit App Deleting Food Logs Immediately

I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

I am having the same issue and have so for the last week its very annoying. 

The app also does this white screen thing and won't load, I have restart my phone to get it working again. I have been a Fitbit user for years and had no issues so it's disappointing that the app is such a nuisance at the moment

When I switched database from United States to United Kingdom it worked.

Log food feature is not working as expected, does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app?

Both 

Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific?

Every meal

Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base?

Are you using an Android device or an iOS (iPhone /iPad?

Using Google pixel/ Android. Was working fine then just stopped. I can use the plus sign, find my stuff and log it. It's there for like 10 seconds and then it disappears. I have rebooted my phone and my Fitbit and I'm still having the same problem about 24 hours later.

It appears to be fixed now. I was able to add food for yesterday and this morning!

fully agree..it is unacceptable. what is the point of of the app if we cannot log our calories....it is very surprising from Google

Same issue here. It's been going on for the past 2 days. I am on an Android. No food logs are working for me as I use the plus button to add meals, no matter meal. Tried in the food site as well as today's home page. I have tried creating a custom food as well as searching for things that are already in the system and things that I use on a daily basis. Often it looks like only one item entry will save and it will bump off anything else that's been added moments before. But then everything disappears within a minute or so. I have tried restarting my phone. I redownloaded the Fitbit app. I have force quit the app, restarted my phone and app...same issue everything just disappears
