Fitbit app - Food Fitbit App Deleting Food Logs Immediately

I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Thank you. I have a Fitbit Charge 6. Logging food seem to be working ok upto/ including 3 Dec 25 and started misbehaving from 4 Dec onwards.

I have same problem, but….

I did a sync of the app to the phone using phone icon in upper left of this screen and it is working again!

If you are having trouble charging, clean contacts with alcohol and pulls
pins back out from charger. They can migrate in and notmake contact with
watch. Good luck!

My update after over 24 hours not being able to log food, 

This morning ( Saturday Australia time) my food has logged but the callories out is to coinciding with the callories i have burnt.  On my home page I have burnt 661 callories but in the food tiles it only shows 312 callories so therefore I am showing over my daily budget.  Also in my 5 klm walk it says I only burnt 50 callories,  I do this walk daily i know I burn more than that. My hourly activity is also not showing. 

My steps and klm in my 5.5klm daily walk are out too steps 500 less and klm .5klm less than previous days.

I was just able to log all my food and it stayed! 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Fingers crossed it doesn't happen again!! Lol
