My health metrics the last 2 nights on my Inspire are saying no data. My sleep info, resting heart rate, and stress score info are all there so I am not sure why the health metrics are not populating.

Last night was the 3rd night in a row for me with no data in HRV or BR, but all other analytics worked. I’m not sure how to let Fitbit know...officially.

I followed the suggested steps but my Sense still fails to report BR and HRV despite Reporting RHR, SpO2, and skin temperature. Any other suggestions?
I have a Pixel 3a running Android 11. Fitbit App v3.43.1 and Sense on firmware v44.128.5.38

Same for me, except I’m on iPhone 12. No HRV or BR since Thursday morning but the other analytics are fine.

Looking at the data, it's clear that the heart rate is being recorded - when the device is reporting the resting HR and Oxygen levels measurements then the device is functional. Breathing rate is normally estimated by looking for a regular HR change, the HRV probably looks for a random jitter in the rate that is not the BR. So all these "measurements" (I see them as estimates) are being created when the HR data is analysed - it looks like these issues are either a failure in the app or the Fitbit data processing and may be related to the data sync issues that have been reported.
The Fitbit operating environment is complicated, they have multiple devices in use and users have a big range of different phones that keep getting "updates" that we're told are fixing bugs but almost always create issues in other areas. And if they update the app to fix issues for one phone, there's a high chance that a bug will appear somewhere else - this is the modern phone "app environment"
Yes, there are problems but if we all simply report what we are seeing then it may be more helpful that just complaining. That's just a thought, I'm so happy that I'm not having to code apps in today's world - back in the old days I worked with the first Holter monitors, recording virtually all of the fitbit data types on standard cassette tapes that we played back and analysed afterwards - that was so easy! 😯 😃

From what I know, you must wear your device for a minimum of 3 days.
If, as of posting this, you have worn your Charge 4 for three or more days, I have no other suggestions than the usual rebooting or, if necessary, resetting.
Hope you found this helpful!

Also a problem for me. I don't have an android. I have an iPhone. Reminiscent of previous problem a couple of months ago. Paying the monthly fee seems like I am not really getting much reliability in return but hopefully this will have a faster resolution.

I know this has been posted before and the answer was that you have to wear it for 3 nights before it starts tracking your skin temperature. Well I have and it’s still saying zero

I’ve tried rebooting twice—it doesn’t help. And I’ve been wearing my Ch 4 for a lot longer than 3 days. The problem started after the last app update.
Micronutrient recording is also messed up since the update. I’m getting ridiculous results like consuming more than 800,000% of the daily recommended allowance of vitamin D.

Sorry—I meant Iron, not vitamin D.

I’m joining the fray!
Third day with no metrics.
@Fitbit Get ON it!
i spent $400 total on the Sense! Full price pre-order, plus got the warranty.
I’m pretty mellow about things… but- I use my metrics to take care of myself better.
Y’all are letting me Down, man.

So got the Luxe over a week ago, everything has been fine & all of a sudden it’s stopped tracking breathing rate & HRV during the night. Skin temperature & Resting HR still track & report into the app but the other’s no longer report. I thought it was just mine but then I looked at my wife’s app & her luxe has started doing the same thing for the past 3 nights. Makes me think it’s a server side issue.
To be clear before a rep says any of this
1-yes the strap is worn tight enough
2-we both have premium
3-every night this has happened we’ve slept for at least 6-8 hours
4-we’re wearing the strap all day & still getting stress management scores
5-our iOS Fitbit app is on the most up to date version 3.43.1

Same here! I’ve tried every possible thing and HRV and BR haven’t logged for the past 3 nights. I’ve had my sense since 12/20 and have never had this issue. Glad to know I’m not the only one.
