Sense becoming increasingly unable to sync over last week or so. Refusing to sync at all now. Have followed every piece of advice - resetting, turn on and off (both iPhone and Sense), removing and reconnecting device, forgetting device from phone Bluetooth, deleting and reinstalling app. Nothing working. Also always been inaccurate on floor counting but today has stopped calorie tracking. All very frustrating for a long term Fitbit devotee. Any ideas what else I can do before I demand replacement? Thanks

What is going on Fitbit??? I am so very disappointed. I have been a faithful Fitbit customer for many years now....always upgrading to the latest watch. I now have the Sense. It was perfect...great....everything that I wanted. But for weeks now...and I mean weeks....my Sense will not sync with my iPhone 11. I have done ALL the fixes.... resetting my Sense (by holding the button until the Fitbit logo comes on).... removing Sense from bluetooth and trying to set up again.... I have even completely removed my Sense from my Fitbit app, and reinstalled it....MANY TIMES!!! I am about to have a nervous breakdown, trying this over and over again, every day! I am not a happy customer.

Help! I have had synching issues for a couple of weeks everything was working fine and then it wasn't. I have checked my phone for updates, made sure I have the latest app version, turned on and off the Bluetooth numerous times, installed the app on another device and deleted the app and reinstalled, and finally I have shut everything down and still nothing. The watch is recording steps, heart rate, etc but it is not synching with my phone. Any ideas?? Thanks! So far not a fan of the Sense.

I have been having the same issues for weeks now. Mine will ultimately synch but the next day it won’t. Very frustrating for a device that is less than 3 months old.

Received my Sense for Mother’s Day. Set up went fine. Watch stopped syncing 3 days after original use. I have forgotten and repaired via Bluetooth, restarted both device and phone, reset watch, attempted to reach tech support via chat and was sent links on what I had already completed and was even “disconnected” from Tech chat (don’t get me
started on tech chat b/c I could’ve come through my phone and snatched them up with their rude selves) I have done everything to try and fix this syncing issue.

I am having the same problem. Turned Bluetooth on and off, shut down device, just about every option. Still no synch or synch once and then will not again. Now it is erasing pervious days steps as well. Only about a month old...very frustrating.

Same exact issues. I’ve tried everything I can find to try and troubleshoot the matter and nothing.

Same exact issues. Seems to be impacting a lot of users with the sense. Very frustrating considering it’s only about 3 months old.

I had my Sense for less than 2 days and I can't get it to sync. I have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times!

@damchickee - Have you tried contacting Fitbit Support? I suggest you try that. The link to Help and support is at the bottom of this page.

I am so disappointed. Two days later, I can't get my Sense to sync. Like you have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times. I am about ready to return this device...

What i have to keep doing is turn bluetooth off on phone. then turn watch off and back on. Then go to set up device and let it try to sync with watch. if u get a error go to blutooth settings and turn it on and then go back to letting phone app sync with watch. then do the set up on wrist set up

This seems to be a widespread problem that Fitbit needs to work on. I have been having huge problems syncing for weeks.

After 4 hours of total frustration, I finally returned Sense! I really liked the Sense but after spending $300 I shouldn't have to uninstalled and installed numerous times to sync the device - which I couldn't do, despite spending 4 fruitless hours! I am now trying the Versa 3....

I’m having the same problem. Sense is 2 months and a half old and it stop syncing in the past few days. It randomly did it yesterday but today has entirely failed to sync. Very frustrating!! What is point of having a fitness watch if you cannot see your fitness!!
this is the second problem I had. Last week I had to reset the watch because the battery started draining in 12 hours.
I think the Sense would be amazing, if it would actually work. But mine is going back tomorrow! I’m done trying to make it work

I agree. I have the same problem and it is incredibly annoying! So many problems with something so essential as syncing is unacceptable. I love fitbit fitness information but if you cannot get it what is the point. I think I will returned mine tomorrow and go back to my Apple watch which i do not love but at least it works.

I had an ionic for 2 years, same problem. I also get NO notifications. Thought they might have the issue worked out, but no, still no sync. I have a tiny pair of hearing aids, stays synced no problem!
When you bring it up, support wants you to do everything but stand on your head to MAYBE fix the issue. Bluetooth is not that complicated, watch should stay connected, especially when your phone is less than 3 feet away!
What a bunch of bull hockey pucks!

I have thought about making the switch too. After 12 hrs of resetting and removing finally got to sync yesterday and of course now it wont today. So annoying for what i spent on a sense

Hi
I’m exactly the same… also long term user of Fitbit but over the last few weeks, the same has happened to me.
In the end, I was advised to go back to factory settings so the tracker is wiped clean. I did this on Saturday and now the battery is lasting a day! So that’s caused more issues!
What is going on Fitbit??
My sense cost a lot and is less than 6 months old!
