So in Health Metrics for SPO2 all I get now is:
Download Clock Face (Link)
Download SPO2 Tracker App (Link)
Neither of which solved the issue.
Since 2 days ago.
Really annoying!

It's not a user repairable fault, as it's at the server distribution level.
Not only have they messed up the dark theme for Health Metrics, by making it light background for the graphs recently, they have now stopped SpO2 working entirely. Fortunately they haven't broken the watch Today too.
The question is will they notice there is now an error and ever fix it?

Same here. No SPO2 data in Health Metrics. I cleared the cache, but no results.
Same here, no Spo2 data in Health Metrics (Fitbit Sense).
Same for me. I just go my sense on 12 th (less than a week) and it worked fine and then it disappeared. I chatted with someone on help line today who didn’t know anything and started talking warranty. I figured they needed an update or something
Same thing happened with my Sense iPhone app. The tracker shows SPO2, but not in the app. Tech support stated, "they are working on it." Ever since I bout the Sense, it tracks some metrics randomly. Two days ago, the SPO2 in the app quit, so they must be trying something.
Is there a real solution to this problem? Over the past two three days, I have not been getting spo2 data in the health metrics option. Instead, I am seeing download clock face and download spo2 app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it still doesn’t work.
From reading this thread, this problem has been going on for quite a while now with no clear help or direction from Fitbit. This is not good enough, since this is a premium feature which customers are paying for.
Having been the owner of a Fitbit ionic before replacing it with the Fitbit sense, I am disappointed with the amount of hiccups, especially since I chose the Fitbit Sense over buying the Apple Watch. I’m feeling as though that was a mistake.
To you people at Fitbit, FIX IT!!!
Thanks I just looked on the Today on my watch and it is there. I think the software testing needs improvement. I hope they release a fix.
Did you have the watch data showing ok but in the app it told you to install the watch face and tracker app as below ?
Or did you have a different issue?
Yep. That’s been reported to be the case by many.

Best AnswerI don't see any replies. Where are they? I have the same problem.
Best AnswerInitially, I was surprised that there were no replies to this issue as there are now multiple threads reporting it, but looking at other recent threads I see that there are VERY few replies from Fitbit on ANY of them. It makes me wonder if there is something going on with customer service of which we aren't aware. I am beginning to think they are aware of the issue, but currently clueless as to how to resolve it. Hence the "radio silence". Hopefully, come Monday we'll hear something.
CS will probably come here on Monday acting all smart and asking "have you tried turning it off and on again" stalling and delaying as usual.
I don't expectem to be honest and say "we are clueless please be patient and here - have 6months of free premium. sorry for the inconvinience"

I’ve got the same problem. It’s been eight months since this issue surfaced on this forum, and eight months since a Fitbit moderator saw fit to respond to it. Yet the problem persists. The site asked me to take a survey about how helpful this forum is, but the questionnaire was not designed in a way that allowed me to describe this issue, or the unacceptable absence of helpful information from Fitbit.
My next watch will be a Garmin, or a Samsung, or even an Apple.
