SpO2 data suddenly not syncing to the Fitbit App

So in Health Metrics for SPO2  all I get now is:

Download Clock Face  (Link)

Download SPO2 Tracker App (Link)

Neither of which solved the issue.

Since 2 days ago.

Really annoying!

Exactly what I'm seeing, too! Thank you so much for posting this screenshot, @Dutch125 ! Now let's hope Fitbit sees it and fixes it.

I came here About my spo2, but Yep. They need to get on the stairs issue, also!

 I’m so upset with Fitbit.

Plus it displays on our wrists now, so this is now just more irritation to add to or missing stairs and inaccurate heart rate!
come On FitBit! ALL of our loyalty has limits…

I  haven't owned a fitbit device very long, but already I am experiencing this too; one day the graph just stopped loading in the app.

This isn't the only issue with their software mind you, as I have been dealing with their 'department of excuses' over another issue (uncategorized calories - that even register differing amounts for the same item logged).

I fear unless the issue is user error, the customer service and moderators are not equipped to deal with it; they would irritate fewer customers if they just said 'the software is buggy, so get over it might.' 😞

Hi, I have the Fitbit sense and have exactly the same issue. SpO2 showed in Health metrics every day until the last two days.

Additionally the Spo2 on the watch itself is extremely low, I woke up in the middle of the night and checked with the finger meter, and it was fine (95%, which is good for me with COPD and 5200 ft altitude), but the watch showed 80-88%!!!

I also have an issue where foods logged on MyFitnessPal are not correctly synced with the Fitbit app. If I pre log items on MyFitnessPal and delete some items later in the day due to changes in my intended meal plans, the Fitbit app shows the calories for all the meals; both which were logged and deleted. So for example, where my MyFitnessPal recording will show 2000 calories for what I actually consumed, the Fitbit app will show 3500 calories for foods logged in MyFitnessPal and also foods logged and subsequently deleted in MyFitnessPal because they weren’t actually consumed. When the food item is deleted out of MyFitnessPal the calores remain in the Fitbit app 🙄

Thank you, I will take your advice and wait-and-see. 🙂

Maybe the 'uncategorized calories' issue will clear up on its own too. 😉

It stopped showing in the app within the last couple of days for me too.
The watch itself seems to be working fine, but I range from 92% to 94%
while sleeping, which is lower than the 96% to 99% while awake.
In case you (or anyone else reading this) are interested, according to
ucsfhealth.org, "everyone's oxygen levels in the blood are lower during
sleep", but a study on pubmed.ncbi.nim.nih.gov found that "the average
oxygen saturation value when measured while sitting in an upright position
in a chair was significantly higher than that measured when the individual
was lying on the right or left side of the body."

I totally

understand this. But with my condition I am very aware of my SpO2 values in different situations, my night SpO2 is typically 91-95, then the last two night were alarming to me, low 80's cannot be correct, I would have woken up gasping for air.

Same issue! Wrote on Twitter and received the usual scripted reply and fixes which I now know by heart and which didn’t and generally don’t work! Sense itself seems fine but no SpO2 data in health metrics.
It seems that about once every one to two weeks yet another glitch surfaces.
I grow very weary of the problems but since my Sense is only 6 months old I cannot justify a new fitness watch.

I also continue to have issues with erratic heart rate while exercising and I know it’s not me but the accuracy of the Sense and I’ve tried their fixes for that too!
wonder when they’ll get things stable and reliable???

This is exactly what mine says.  I have the tracker app and the clock face and it has been showing me this for the past two or three days now.  UGH!!!  I have restarted my phone and my Sense, I have cleared my cache on my phone.  Nothing works.  I hope they get this fixed real soon!

Yep. No question. It is due to reduced level of breathing. My finger pulse oxy meter confirms this.

Watch may have shifted during sleep and skewed results. Sometimes a long shirt gets in between the watch and shirt or too loose. If it persists see a doctor.

Well it has been working fine for months, and I am under the care of a pulmonary doctor at National Jewish, so I think I am fine.

Same for me as well. Thought it was a glitch but two nights in a row and SpO2 is missing from my Health Metrics as well. Shows up on the watch face/Today App though which is good.

My Sense is tracking the data but the app is showing errors like tracker and watch face are not installed.

With you having COPD, I should not be surprised you already have that information; my apologies for being ignorant of that and not assuming you would be aware.

I haven't a clue as to why yours is not working properly, and I haven't had that issue, so I wouldn't know of it is a common issue either.

My latest concern I with my father's Inspire 2, which won't record his first few hours of sleep since new, even though he manually set it to start recording last night; adding it manually to the app this morning prompted it to show up with the correct breakdown of sleep/awake/restless periods, but he shouldn't have to 'coax' the app into recognizing it.

When I reported a 'uncategorized calories' issue, their customer service person just attempted to make excuses and blame myfitnesspal, although the fitbit app recorded differing values for the same item on different occasions.

So I guess the best response would be to say the fitbit app is glitchy, and blame the quality of programming that gets put out on the market these days. 😞

Same exact issue here as well. I’ve tried all of the above to try to fix this and nothing works. I really hope they do something about this.

This problem also cropped up for me a couple of days ago. The SpO2 data appears on my Charge 4 screen but within the app there’s no graph and the message says “To see data, make sure your Fitbit device is up to date (which it is), then wear it to sleep (which I do). It had been working fine before this.

Same for me!  I've done it all and nothing works.  Where is fitbit tech support on this thread?  Why aren't they commenting?  I've been using this spo² clockface for over a year and a half and have never had issues.  Now,  in addition to it not working, if I go to the clockface in the app it freezes up the app.  So frustrating!  And to think we pay for this!
