So in Health Metrics for SPO2 all I get now is:
Download Clock Face (Link)
Download SPO2 Tracker App (Link)
Neither of which solved the issue.
Since 2 days ago.
Really annoying!

I'm having the same problem. Mine worked for 2-3 weeks, now I can only get the reading on my watch and not in my Health Metrics Data, I have deleted the SPO2 from my watch turned phone and watch off, reinstalled SPO2 face and re sync'd still nothing. Don't know what else to do.

I have had my Sense for about 7 months, I am getting floor numbers at times in the 100s which is totally ridiculous, possibly 5 might be more accurate.
My breathing rate over night is typically in the 18/19 range. one night last week I had a 9. I guess I would also qualify as a stunt man! the advice from the rep is to go to my doctor!
The SPO2 has been working fine until about 5 days ago, now it is ok on my watch , but the app tells me to Download clock face and Download SPO2 tracker app. I tried both but it didn't fix it on the app so referred it to the HELP girl at Fitbit.

I give up. I've been a customer since my first fitbit in 2012. I bought the Sense as soon as it came out for all the health info it could provide. Not only is the Sp02 missing, the skin temp has gone missing the last two nights. I have cancelled my Premium features going forward. The lack of responsibility and communication is too much!!

Chamas, I’m a longtime FitBitter, since March of ‘15, and every FitBit I’ve had until now has pleased me.
I’m beyond furious at the way I’ve been treated by “customer service” when I had an issue with my female tracking not working. They never did resolve that with me, it resolved itself after many months.
The Sense was a greatly anticipated watch for me. There are so many reasons I would not recommend it, now!
What good is a fitness tracker that can’t accurately track ones heart rate? Especially during exercise. I had the original Versa for 2 1/2 years, it worked flawlessly. I *love* that watch, and wish I could get the stress scores with it, I’d use it again. Unfortunately, FitBit isn’t caring about our problems we’re are having with this VERY expensive watch that doesn’t do some of the basic things that the original Versa did.
Considering this recent sp02 sensor not showing in my graph, I’m beginning to think I’ll switch brands.
Never thought I’d say that!
Do you see this, @Fitbit?
You are losing customer’s faith, therefore losing customers.
I’d love to have my sp02 fixed. And, the inaccurate heart rate during exercise fixed. And the INSANE amount of floors climbed fixed.
I’m also Premium, and couldn’t get the free Premium with my watch because I already had it purchased monthly. The “Free” Premium? It was for *new* Premium users only.
Floors climbed USED to be very accurate.
I spent over $400 on the Sense, I purchased the warranty, also…
Wondering at this point if FitBit is going to bother fixing ANY of these issues.
Also… my Versa has information on-wrist about the exercises I’d done in the past week. Even though that feature looks like it is on the adense, it is not. I used to be able to view the type of exercise I’d done within the last week of I taped the “exercise” tile in the “today” app. On the Sense? It says “for more exercise data, open the FitBit mobile app”.
This Sense is NONsense, it’s not as good as it’s counterpart from 2018 in any way.
I don’t know what to do at this point. Customer service is horrid, unhelpful, I don’t even think they READ the emails before they send a canned response. Then, they escalate things to another person, who sends a canned response. Then, we get to start back at square one.
Now, there is another FitBit released, the Luxe- BEFORE THE SENSE IS EVEN FIXED.
Can you tell how mad I am?
When one spends literally hundreds of dollars, one would think one would get adequate support if there were an issue.
I’m dissatisfied with support, yet there is nowhere else to turn.
I *will* ensure I Spread The Word- warn others about the TERRIBLE customer service, the inaccurate and underperforming products, the giant catastrophe that is FitBit now.
I used to give my old FitBits to friends when I’d upgrade. Others purchased FitBits because I glowingly recommended them.
FitBit is no longer a respectable company.
Once upon a time, their service was top-notch.
Anyhow, this is plenty long, I’ve aired my grievances, and I’m hoping and praying @Fitbit will read my words and, who knows? Perhaps attempt to make things right?
It would be appreciated.

Now… if they only DO something about it!
I’m so frustrated at this giant waste of money!
My floors are inaccurate, the heart rate while working out is dead WRONG, the display doesn’t even display as much information as the original Versa did (!), and insult to injury? They’ve introduced a new FitBit.
Before fixing the Sense.
Incredibly stupid if the company.
Word WILL get out, believe that.

Not this problem. This problem is the entire graph itself doesn’t show up.

wow! thats a lot of frustration. anyway, not much we can do but wait until the problem is fixed...
Hope isn't a good business strategy nor would I apply hope in this SPO2 issue...waiting to see what happens...

Customer service on FB told me they are working on the issue & are trying to fix it as fast as they can, But they don't know why it happened when it did because the last update was couple weeks earlier & now thii! But said they are very aware of issue & trying to resolve quickly! But still I recommend people contacting support & keep pressure going on them to get it fixed

There’s been some movement!
No longer have the request to download a watch face and SpO2.
Now I have a graph but there is no data from last night. My watch shows 95
Additionally, the data is missing from the last 5 days, since this started for me. My watch has provided the SpO2 % for the last 5 days.
I am hopeful though.

Exactly the same but last 4 days no data.

Progress, I guess.

I'm seeing the same. The Graph is back, but shows no readings after the 15th of July. At least we are making progress. 😀

It would appear the SpO2 graph has returned in the app but we are missing the days of data in between when it disappeared and returned . The data is still on the watch though .
Can this missing data be recovered to the app?
Thanks

I'm so happy they're working on it. I can view the Sp02% on the watchface but I prefer seeing data in the app instead. Hopefully it's back up soon! I never uninstall/reset without waiting a few days-week to see if it's FB related or me.
