Hi, my new Sense ECG not working every time I click on the Check your ECG Heart Rhythm Assemment I get this error "there was a problem communicating with the Fitbit server" any help would be appreciated

I rang up about the ecg and they gave a number and said they would get back to me. I only bought the sense because of the ecg. Do you think they would change it. It has now been 5 days and I needed this to forward to my gp. I am so disappointed. Any suggestions welcomed

@Baubles1000 did you manage to make it work? Which version of firmware are you using? Also where are you located?

@Baubles1000 open settings app on your sense, scroll to About and tap. The version number should be there. Can u please share your actual geographic location? Also, were you able to install the ECG app or you can't? Could you please elaborate on the error (what exactly happens).

@Baubles1000 no, the Fitbit firmware version. The easiest way is to check it directly on your watch as I described above. Can you please explain what the issue is with ECG? You said it's not working but is there an error you're getting? Or app is crashing? Or you don't have app installed? Etc

I am not very technical. Everything else works but the ecg on my phone. It did then stopped working. It does not say on my phone about firmware

Hi did you manage to see the picture. There is a problem with the server. I am getting a replace watch and will see if that works. Thank you for your help.
