Hi, my new Sense ECG not working every time I click on the Check your ECG Heart Rhythm Assemment I get this error "there was a problem communicating with the Fitbit server" any help would be appreciated

I don’t have a tablet. I am so dissatisfied spending this much money. It worked for 4 weeks in November and then nothing.

I have contacted Fitbit who has said one of their specialists is going to get in contact. I have noticed that when I try and view the reports via her account icon (top left), health assessments, heart rhythm it has the same issue.- oops something went wrong. It is like there is corrupted data in her account to do with the ECG and heart assesment.

Also another question. Is there a way to view health assessments on the web? Want to try and see them without the fitbit app.. as I believe there are some fundamental issues with it. Constantly says no internet (even before the ECG issue). It is in my opinion a really.janky app that needs a lot of work still.

@MooseKat only the app. Let me know how the Samsung works.
@Baubles1000 I think at this point you gotta escalate. The more users report it to Fitbit directly the quicker bug will get isolated.

My husband is thinking about reporting them as selling some that does not work what I paid a lot of money for is scandalous. They do need to sort something out with the ecg app.
