Everything was fine now not syncing with strava, have tried revoking access and reseting the link Have spoken to Strava and they say there is a problem with Fitbit pushing data to Strava. Can manually add workouts but no auto sync. Help!

My Fitbit suddenly stopped transferring my running information over to Strava and therefore the info is not being uploaded to Final Surge where my coaches can see.

The GPS is fine - it's showing up on Fitbit. I've revoked and relinked access, uninstalled and reinstalled both apps, turned Bluetooth off and on, attempted to sign on different ways i.e. through Facebook versus e-mail. Nothing is working ! Please help !

Same as you. Inane iPhone X and Ionic. Fitbit only syncing steps to MyFitnessPal and will NOT sync any activities. I am gonna my Ionic and go with Apple Watch. Too much Fitbit won’t or can’t fix or are not interested. They used to be really good. The new 3rd party SU,P app on Fitbit site, isn’t accurate and he isn’t interested in fixing the issue either. So frustrating!

I've been experiencing the same issue since the weekend when I updated to the latest firmware version (1.63.5).  Maybe it is coincidence, but it is a pain regardless!  I have tried revoking access and reinstating the Strava/Fitbit connection as well as your suggestions listed here.  I would love to get the service working properly again.  Nothing has worked so far, so I am open to anyone's suggestions (or a moderator's advice) that will work!!!  Thank you!

Just thought I would add, revoked permission and reinstated a couple of days ago.  Last night I randomly had a ride from last week upload onto Strava? 🤔.  Wonder if it's been fixed?

A warm welcome to the Community @Camwilliams.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the Third-Party Integrations board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about this.

Now about your syncing to Strava issue, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

After manually importing my Saturday and Friday rides, 4 of my Sunday rides pushed to Strava last night at ~10:30 PM CST — the earliest of those rides was around 9 AM, the last was ~6 PM, so a 4 hour delay at best. I finished my morning commute about an hour ago and am still waiting for that to sync, so it’s possible it’ll make it over along a similar timeline. I’ll update with results.

It seems to be fixed! I can't say that anything I tried was the solution, so Fitbit must've been working to resolve the issue in their end. I hope it stays fixed - I love the simplicity of the Fitbit>Strava upload!

My morning commute pushed through about an hour after the fact, so it appears the syncing issue is resolved, but delayed, for me.

Hey everyone! Thanks so much for participating in the forums and for troubleshooting this with me.

I'm happy to see that the integration is working now for some. For the ones that still have issues, I would like you to try the following troubleshooting that has worked for others:

- Verify that you don't have any pending updates for the Strava app in the Gallery

- Confirm you've linked both applications properly by following these steps

- Verify you have enabled all permissions in the Gallery

- Make sure you sync your device and wait a few moments for updates

Also, I can confirm that this issue has been resolved and should be working normally.

Let me know how it goes! I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Hi @oldnancy. Welcome back to the Community.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the steps that you've tried prior posting. It seems that there were some issues when syncing to Strava recently, and this should now be resolved. If you're still having issues to sync your information, please verify the following:

  • Verify that you don't have any pending updates for the Strava or Fitbit app.
  • Confirm you've linked both applications properly by following these steps.
  • Make sure you sync your device and wait a few moments for updates.

Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

@ToniLynn00, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Strava and Fitbit integration and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. It seems that you tried the appropriate steps. You can still check Strava's own recommendations here. Also check if they have anything to add these instructions. Additionally I just got an update from the Strava integration that there were syncing issues now resolved by them so you should have your activities syncing again.

Let me know how it goes.
