I think we need to wait until we hear from FitBit that they actually think they have fixed the issue. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. No communication whatsoever!

@Dijou How did you find out about this new version? Did anyone from FitBit inform you.
@LizzyFitbit : How about supplying with us with some information/communication on this new version.

Hi everyone. Thanks for your continued participation in this thread.
I appreciate the time taken to troubleshoot this matter, as well for your feedback. Our team has been working hard on this matter and a fix should be available soon to all our affected members. At the moment, let me recommend to download any update that appears for the Fitbit app from the App Store so you can receive the latest improvements.
Thanks again for your patience. I'll update this thread once I receive more details from the team.
See you around.

When will a fix that has been fully tested for proper functionality be released?

I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed in FitBit over this one. I just can't understand the lack of communication about it. It's been a week. An update was just released tonight. Did it fix this issue? Are the screwed up exercise logs fixable? Who the heck knows. Just a little communication goes a long ways. Apple comes out with a new watch in September... supposedly its going to have a heavy focus on fitness this time... Not a good time for Fitbit to drop the ball on customer service.

I just tried to add yoga and it didn't work. Not enough data message. I’m
not seeing any updates popping up so not sure where you are getting them.
Plan to go public with this crap beyond this. I am stunned at the lack of
customer service

SAME. I had a chat with a support specialist and they said it was an ongoing issue they are working on...
FRUSTRATING.

Mine is still not working. I used My Fitness Tracker to log exercise and this is what Fitbit did. I am actually on Day 65 of 80 day obsession but this was the closest match.

It's been over a week since this problem has been identified. Any idea as to when this issue may be fixed? Very frustrating to manually enter a workout, such as power yoga, only to find that there is no data. That's why we all supported your product.....for the feedback and motivation!

It’s day 5 with no update from the FitBit team. What is the solution for fixing the time discrepancy and exercise/heart rate tracking for Versa 2? The latest iOS update 3.15.1 has not fixed either issue.

This is affecting both exercise and sleep data. When I logged in this morning, it showed me as having slept from 5:27 pm to 1:02 am ... not from 10:27 pm to 6:03 am. With exercise, it is not recognizing any data that I log or track ... only automatically recognized activities. My charge 3 actually created a "walk" in the future after I took a 5 mile hike with a friend and used the "track" function under exercise. So - I have the walk recognized by the device/app that occurred real time and had data ... and then the walk that I tracked in the app with the mappign feature logging as a 2:38 pm start (instead of a 10:40 am start). I am unable to edit the start time in order to try to force them to sync.
