I’d be happy with a watch that displayed the correct time right now!

I’ve updated to the latest iPhone 15 software but device charge 3 still not syncing. I’ve deleted app reinstalled and switched phone on n off. I give up so bad that Fitbit aren’t accepting responsibility and getting this issue sorted out. They should be offering premium account upgrade for 6 months to everyone inconvenienced!! Device not fit for purpose. I feel so cheated

As it’s not fit for purpose I’ve asked for a refund. I am so annoyed that my messages are being ignored. They have said it’s IPhone’s issue despite me providing evidence it my charge 3 isn’t syncing with my android tablet either.

Hi I’ve sent them photo screen shots of my iPhone Bluetooth connected to other devices so it’s not my phone. It’s the Fitbit devices not being compatible to the iPhones and android software. Fitbit are trying to apportion blame to others. It’s their systems that are not working. I’ve asked for a refund. Refused. I’ve asked them for a new working device

Hi, I am still having issues with my charge 3 since the IOS update. I’ve tried the troubleshooting suggestions.
I don’t have an issue with syncing my device when the app is open, but I can’t connect when trying to log an exercise such as a run.

Any ideas?

Best Answer
That’s how mine started. Don’t waste your time contacting Fitbit support they don’t have any ideas either sadly.

I finally got mine to sync yesterday. Only to find it didn’t work today.
This is what I did to get it started again.
1. Go to settings, click Bluetooth.
2. That will show your device as not connected. Click the small “i” to the
right.
3. A drop down will ask if you want to forget this device. Do it. And it
will connect.
I know this doesn’t make any sense, but it worked and then began to sync
and refresh.
I guess I will need to do that everyday which is annoying.

Over the last week I must have done this at least a dozen times a day and that is no exaggeration. It has got worse every day.

Good luck, but I don’t think it will work for much longer, I am sorry to say.

Mine is now syncing but sleep patterns steps and heart rate have disappeared from the app. Been onto my account in Fitbit and nothing has been uploaded there since 16th May. Not a happy bunny!

Is it syncing consistently? Mine will sync maybe once a day if I am lucky then loses its pairing immediately. Which funnily enough is right when Fitbit have contacted me. It happened that was on 3 consecutive days. It synced they messaged me immediately. Coincidence?

Hi I did everything mentioned and I’m still not getting text or calls through my Fitbit. Beyond frustrating. Can someone please tell me how to get this to work!

I still try all the suggestions multiple times per day but it has only synced twice since last Thursday’ s update. First on on Saturday when it successfully updated steps, sleep etc Then late Sunday when it synced but no steps, no sleep, no heart rate, wrong time   I guess I will keep trying occasionally but I have little hope of success. I have emailed fitbit support, got one response asking for more info and nothing since Monday

Good luck Sally, I don’t hold out much hope, they won’t even acknowledge it’s their issue. Blaming it on iOS

We have jumped through all the hoops and now it is time for Fitbit to take care of this. Perhaps the company is suffering and will not make it through this pandemic...
