Go to the Bluetooth setting in your phone and remove the Fitbit device see picture below. You then need to reinstall the Fitbit device on your phone like a brand new device

Apple has a lot to answer for creating major headaches with their updates maybe I should switch to Android I bet this didn’t happen with the Apple Watch!

I’m having the same issue with my Versa 2 and Aria 2 scale. This is very frustrating as I just upgraded to both of these devices. I pondered the Apple Watch after using the Fitbit Alta for many years. I am an iPhone user and I loved my Alta but it was time to move on. I mulled over the choice between a new Fitbit and the Apple Watch. I was afraid something like software issues would get in the way of my use of a new Fitbit.
Despite these fears I got the two Fitbit devices mentioned above. And last Friday my nightmare came true. “Device not found” showed up on the Fitbit app on my phone after updating to IOS 13.4.1. I’ve rebooted and deleted so many times I’ve lost count.
Fitbit please fix this issue. I love these devices and they are supposed to be compatible with whatever phone I use. I need an update ASAP. Please stop giving me these level one tech support steps to follow because THEY DO NOT WORK.
Sincerely,
“I truly would like to remain Team Fitbit customer”,

Glad Fitbit are on it but angry at Apple for their total arrogance. I’m an Apple girl with everything Apple but this puts me off....I have a second phone I didn’t update with new Apple update so can use my Fitbit charge 3 with that. Fitbit is streets ahead if Apple Watch do hope they sort it out.

After the best part of a couple of hours of deleting and rebooting and reinstalling this sequence finally worked - thank you
