Fitbit Update 5/5
I have great news! We have pushed out a fix in the latest version (2.22.1) that resolves this problem. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store. Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.
Fitbit Update 5/1
It was recently pointed out that some iOS users are missing their sync progress bar and battery indicator on their dashboard after updating to Fitbit iOS App version 2.22. In order to investigate this issue, can you please provide the following information:
- What type of iOS device are you using?
- What iOS version is it running (ie iOS 9.3, iOS 8, etc)?
- Does the problem persist after logging out of the App and then back in?
Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm having the same problem, I've tried deleting and re-installing the app but the problem persists.

I was thinking it was a deliberate choice someone made.
I don't like it. I don't like having to go to the account screen to see the battery level and if it's connected.
It's aslo not showing my current heart rate just my resting heart rate, I'm not likeing that either.

On my iPad, whenever I open up to Fitbit, it shows steps, hr, # of hours, miles, calories, floors, sleep and water (the first picture on the top). It suppose to be the name of device, steps, hr, # of hours, miles, calories, floors, sleep and water (the second picture on the bottom). I wonder the app on my iPad does it.

It's suppose to be like this as always.

I wonder it does today and yesterday. How long will it last?

This happened to me yesterday. I deleted the app and reinstalled which worked, but I had to reorganize the order of everything. This morning, it was missing again. I tried the suggestion of restarting my phone, which also worked, but this is not a long term solution. Hopefully, the app will be updated soon because this is definitely a reoccurring problem.
