Sleep data is recording ok, my sleep stages are recorded, my sleep data shows up on app and can compare to 30 days average with black dots to indicate averages but when Benchmark is chosen only my last sleep stages night data is shown in a line graph BUT no shaded area is apparent indicating averages for others in my age group.
Using a Versa 3 Fitbit and iOS app on Apple SE 2020 phone . Does anyone else find the same, it only happened since the app layout seemed to change recently, no problem with old layout? Any help would be appreciated.

Did the Fitbit update but still no benchmarks. My husband has them on his Charge 5. Google are you listening?

That is what is missing on mine.

If you go to the community forum about the latest Fitbit update( I think its called Sleep well, Rebecca fitbit moderator asked the question days ago what people thought of the new update. Over 500 people commented that they hate it and want the old one back. I have posted 3 times on there. There is a link to vote for changing it back also a link to twitter/X to get Fitbit to answer as all complaints are being ignored.....

Just spoke to customer service. They removed that feature in the 4.15 update. I am very unhappy since I purchased the Fitbit and subscribed to Premium specifically for the sleep tracker. Very bad move on their part.

Odd that graph works on my phone and not my wife's. We both have same watch charge 6 and phone brand Samsung S23 and S22.

@Groundpounder55 Could it be that you are using different Fitbit App versions?

I have the same problem with my Fitbit Sense in that the “benchmark data” is not showing anymore since the last update. My wife has the same phone as I do, IPhone 15, and it does show on hers. How do I get it to show on my IPhone 15?

I personally don’t care about “typical range of people my age”. I just want the easy to read format back. I could scroll through my entire sleep history and see MY trends and how many nights I got “good/excellent sleep vs fair/poor”.

IS ANYONE FROM FITBIT GOING TO REPLY ABOUT THE BENCHMARK ISSUE??

Hi @judye52 . I read that this issue has been escalated to the relevant team on the 16th. Hopefully it’ll be resolved soon.

I too have an issue with the new dashboard. It looks like an early DOS retro design. Can’t see Benchmarks on my charge 5. Seems like new release since Google is going backwards. I’m thinking of leaving Fitbit after 11 years of use.

I was wondering why Google didn't run some sort of beta test before they launched this update? Now they've got to deal with the complaints, lose customers, and fix it. Backwards!

I also have same problem since they changed graph, I have nothing compare to which makes the information less useful
