My device is Versa.
I went through all the 8 suggested steps and I did as per suggestions.
I delete the Fitbit app on my Iphone Xr and then I installed it again.
I updated my iOS to 13.1.2.
My Versa syncs, but still I don't get notifications on all sides (messages, mail and phone calls).

To be fair I can live without notifications it’s the not syncing that’s annoying as the times never right ! And it’s pretty useless when times wrong.

I got it working!!!
IPHONE users:
1. Settings
2. Notifications
3. Scroll down to Messages
4. Make sure “Allow Messages” is green
5. them scroll down to “Show Previews” and make sure that is turned on to “Always”
This made my Text messages start working again.

Go into your settings on phone then notifications, make sure all that crap is on, on your Fitbit hold down the button you use for everything until notifications pop up, make sure it’s on. Then completely turn your phone off, wait a few secs then turn it back on and open your Fitbit app, hope this works for you...

@Sharondod @You should be able to get your old layout under clock face on the Fitbit app on your phone. I had to play with it a bit but finally figured it out.

My Inspire HR won’t work after the update to iOS 13. It doesn’t sync and obviously can find my phone at all. I have restarted it and I have installed the updated Fitbit app. So annoying.

I'm really discouraged with this update. I just recently purchased my Versa, not only for the exercise tracking, but also for the notifications. Yes, turning on the "show preview" setting on my iPhone worked with getting the notifications back on my FitBit screen, but at the cost of my privacy. I want to be able to set my phone down without anyone being nosy and reading the preview. I've never used that feature on my iPhones and hate that I'm having to use it now. I'm truly hoping that FitBit and Apple work together to rectify this issue.

I need help with Android, tried everything. Can someone walk me through? Or is this still unresolved?
