Best AnswerThese issues continue to happen. Nearly every week I have missing data , which is just rubbish when you are trying to monitor your situation. I have tried the process described sometime they work other times they don’t. It’s time Fitbit got there act together the charge enough for the watches but once they have your money they don’t care
Best AnswerI have done this multiple times and still not working. I Just got the versa 2 and I have an iPhone 10. I get no text notifications what so ever. This is so frustrating. Might end up having to return it cost to much money for it to not work correctly.
I have an Inspire HR Fitbit and an Iphone IOS13.3..I have tried everything suggested and still cannot connect to Bluetooth ...therefore cannot receive notifications. What next? Thanks
Best AnswerGood idea ... I may have to do the same...SO frustrating ! They had better fix it up or they will definitely lose market share.
Best AnswerI’ve tried to get my text notifications on my Fitbit inspire hr for months now and still not working. I can get everything else including phone calls but it keeps vibrating while I’m on the phone. It’s extremely annoying. Makes me want to just throw it away completely
Best AnswerGreat...glad that worked for you ! I have just been on live chat with them for an hour ...no luck 😓
Best AnswerHave gone thru all steps a couple of times. No luck. It appears to me that bluetooth does not continue to stay connected for Inspire HR. Could that be part of my problem. It’s connected but drops off only for the Inspire HR.
Best AnswerI have an Inspire HR. Worked pretty good for notifications until the latest update. Hope they get this figured out soon. I’ve gone thru the fix 2x’s and it does not work. i ‘m using an iphone 11. More problems than when I had the 6S. Just got new phone in December.
Best AnswerI have exactly the same problem...very frustrating ! I was on Live Chat with Fitbit for an hour ...they offered the usual fixes ...no success. What to do? They really DO have to figure this out !
Best AnswerHey KateFitBit, so, this worked, for a brief moment, very well. But now, I couldn't even describe the behavior. Calls come through for the majority of the time. Text messages kinda-sorta too. But What'sApp, sometimes, real-time. Sometimes not. Sometimes later... Other notifications never come trough. So.
