Syncing issues after updating to iOS 13

I downloaded the latest iOS version 13.0 and now my Charge 2 will not sync. please help

Public service announcement, I bought my Fitbit from Costco and was able to return it. Buy all your bits from Costco. I have been trying for over a month before I finally decided it’s better to bring it back. Also if you bought with a visa or master card you might be able to claim an extended warranty claim and get reimbursed.... unhappy but at least there was a solution.

I’ve had my Fitbit for a while so I can’t return it. Everything was fine u
til the update and iOS 13 update. I’ve tried everything and nothing has

Calling Fitbit directly is a huge waste of time because they’re people read
from a script and if you ask a question they usually can’t answer it except
to say try to delete the app and reinstall blah blah blah! Love Fitbit
when it works!

On iphone go to settings, notifications, messages scroll down to show preview and toggle to on. This worked for me i hope it helps.

I jinxed it - not synching now. It just did it on its own!

So freaking frustrating! 😡

It just started synching on its own! I have tried everything with no luck. I found if it was plugged into any computer that would help sync it to my phone. Good luck!

Updated to IOS 13.2.3 uninstalled Fitbit app. Restarted Fitbit, reinstalled app , removed device from Bluetooth, restarted phone did this 5 times and nothing has helped . Frustrated . Anyone have the fix?

If you go to settings on your phone and then notifications and go to whatever app you want to receive notifications from go to show previews and make sure it’s on Always (Default) and Notification to Automatic. I wasn’t receiving text messages and this worked for me after deleting and reinstalling my account about 10 times🙈. Let me know how you all get on.

Ultimately had to buy new device. Not what I wanted to do for sure. My Versa was much nicer and not very old at all. My husbands Versa still works even with the new IPhone software install. Doesn’t make sense to me that Fitbit cannot fix the issue. New one that isn’t even as nice as my Versa out of the box seems to work. So why is that Fitbit?

Must shut off all ipads, laptops computers that have Bluetooth or app.  Then will sync.  Was having similar issues. Once other devices turned off fitbit syncing
