I downloaded the latest iOS version 13.0 and now my Charge 2 will not sync. please help

Best AnswerOn iphone go to settings, notifications, messages scroll down to show preview and toggle to on. This worked for me i hope it helps.

Best AnswerUpdated to IOS 13.2.3 uninstalled Fitbit app. Restarted Fitbit, reinstalled app , removed device from Bluetooth, restarted phone did this 5 times and nothing has helped . Frustrated . Anyone have the fix?
Same. Tried everything suggested
If you go to settings on your phone and then notifications and go to whatever app you want to receive notifications from go to show previews and make sure it’s on Always (Default) and Notification to Automatic. I wasn’t receiving text messages and this worked for me after deleting and reinstalling my account about 10 times🙈. Let me know how you all get on.
Best AnswerMust shut off all ipads, laptops computers that have Bluetooth or app. Then will sync. Was having similar issues. Once other devices turned off fitbit syncing
