Best AnswerHi All
i bought a charge 3 a month ago and it’s not syncing with iOS 13 i was never able to get it paired so I thought my charge 3 is faulty so I got it replaced the second also I was never able to connect to my phone I tried connecting it with two other phones and it works some of my friends have iOS 13 and I was able to connect to them some thing might be wrong with my phone so I did a ful hard reset still no luck and also I am able to connect all other blue tooth devices to my phone I have tried every thing on this and all other post all help will be greatly appreciated
Best AnswerI had done every suggestion (at least 5 times) on this site and nothing was working to pair my Charge. But then I found this and it finally paired: Go into iPhone settings-> Notifications > scroll to and click “Messages”> switch “Show previews” to “Always”. IF it starts the pairing process, follow the prompts to enter codes, etc. Some others posted that it only paired for a day or two; mine is still working properly... knock on wood. 🙂 Good luck!

Best AnswerI am so frustrated. I just got the Versa 2 and can't receive text messages after updating my iPhone. I have tried everything, spent way too much time and frustration on this. I need this feature for work and after using fitbits for a few years I am ready to trash them. Any progress here before I abandon? Can I get my money back?
Hi I’ve done everything you said to do but it keeps saying no device found. It’s literally driving me mad. 2 weeks my watch hasn’t worked properly. Please help me!!
Just updating this post. After 10 weeks of having to charge, reboot and wait on charge, just to get my Charge 2 to sync at all, the screen fritzed and went black - too much re-booting! It has died at only a year old. An absolute joke. I won’t ever buy a Fitbit again. The support has been awful - the last direct twitter message from them, when I told them the tracker had now died completely, was “Nice tweeting with you. Please rate our help.” Unbelievable - they didn’t even read my last message to them.
Instructions given didn't work for me until I went to iPhone SE's Settings>Bluetooth and chose Remove Charge 2. Then iPhone found Charge 2 and connected to it. Then all-day sync became available in Fitbit set-up, Fitbit sent a pairing request to phone, all is well.
Still does not work! This is ridiculous! I also received A new iPhone, iOS 13 and this Alta Fitbit will not sync!
Best AnswerUnfortunately I have to follow these steps daily, as that is the longest it stays synced. I have a Vera and an iPhone XR. It seemed to have started after the Versa 2 came out and there was a big update. I have been waiting for this bug to be fixed for months now. I have to forget the device and pair over and over again.

What finally worked was doing a complete system reset of my I phone. Back to factory settings.
Sent from my iPhone.
Please excuse any errors.
Thank you,
