Update 9/17/2019: We have released iOS app version 3.6.1 to all users. Please update your app to this version. It is recommended to all experiencing continuous crashes and should resolve this issue.
Hi Everyone - I've merged several posts together.
We're aware of an issue that may cause some iOS users to experience a continuous crash when trying to open the app after updating to version 3.6.
To resolve this, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app from the app store. Even if you have tried this previously, please try again.
If this does not work, our team is working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon. Be sure to keep your Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.
We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Same issue but it was crashing BEFORE I did the IOS update for my iphone 7. Then I did the update and it continues to crash. Only way I can open it is to delete app then download app from app store. It will then open once and show my data/let me use but if I close it and try to open again I have to delete it all over again. Frustrating!

Long time Apple phone watch user thinking I would give Versa 2 a try only to land in app crashing land. Bummer I can’t actually use the watch that arrived yesterday. It looked nice.

I just installed an update on my iPhone that was available this morning. The app now opens but it says 'No Internet Connection' which is not true. Steps update if you open and close but no other features are functional.

For iPhone press the icon then all your icons “jiggle” with plus signs above them. Tap on he plus sign then either wait for them to stop or press power button once
then go to App Store to download the app & sign in
