iOS app not showing correct previous day metrics

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Not sure if this was already posted, but the iOS app seems to not be able to display previous day metrics properly for me.  When I’m at the dashboard, I use the left < to navigate through several previous day summary Info and the values refresh several times to display values from current day instead of the previous date that I want to see.

Has anyone been experiencing this problem?  I thought it would have been solved with latest update to the app, but it hasn’t.

Hello,

has anyone else noticed the latest iOS FitBit app overwrites the data on the today page from yesterday and beyond with today’s data? I took a short video clip of the behavior. It appears to overwrite the floors, miles, calories, and active minutes with today’s data for any day previous.

I am having the same issue since the update.  I discovered through my troubleshooting efforts that after syncing, if I turn off Bluetooth I can see Yesterdays metrics correctly.

I tried turning off Bluetooth and it’s still not refreshing with correct data for any day prior to today.

Nope, nor for me.

I saw an update taking place yesterday when I tried to view my dashboard and assumed they were dealing with it, but alas not

Yes - all software current - app and phone. You can't really see this in a screen shot. Attached a video - each time switching to another day and the number flashing starts.

Same. I have most up to date Firmware. And most up to date iOS. I had tried it on both previous iOS and most up to date iOS.

My other workaround is not to use the fitbit app for prior day's metrics.
I open the chrome app on my iphone and login to fitbit.com. The fitbit.com
dashboard is correct. Hoping the fitbit app gets corrected soon.

Yeah...no way to send a screen shot because it happens quickly, and no way for you to know the data is incorrect. I do have the most recent iOS and my versa 2 is updated.

Hello,

my IOS app on the Ionic is changing stats when opened. First it shows 2481 calories burned yeaterday and then it blinks into the 591 calories.

All the other visible stats behave the same. I have already tried to reinstal app and reset Ionic.
Kind request for help.

Dawid

Hi, I am having the exact same problem. I have a Versa 2 and am using IOS 13.5.1 version. When I view data from previous days, the correct data flashes for less than a second, then goes back to current data (except the steps, which do not appear to be impacted). Is there any update to the resolution for this issue? Thanks!

I think you mean iOS 13.4.1 is current version. They are aware of the situation and working on a resolution.
