Though Fitbit One is a popular product, as we introduce new products, we occasionally make changes to our product line to keep you on track with the most up-to-date health and fitness tracking tools.
As a result, we no longer sell the One. We recommend considering the other discreet options we offer- Fitbit Zip, if you prefer a clip-based tracker or Fitbit Flex 2 if you prefer a slim, wrist-based tracker. Or, take our quiz on http://www.fitbit.com/compare to see which device meets your needs best.
We apologize for any inconvenience and hope we can continue to provide you with Fitbit trackers you love and help you reach your goals.

Been reading posts about steps not being counted if there is no hand movement. Could someone clarify whether this is a problem with all wrist trackers or just some. I am coming from the Fitbit One and need to understand what to look for. Thanks!

In all the research I've done over the past several months ALL WRIST TRACKERS RELY ON ARM MOVEMENTS to count steps. Even the instructions in the packages note Must Swing Arms. I sincerely hope someone comes up with a better model OR GIVE US BACK THE ONE. I WON'T WEAR ANYTHING ON MY WRIST.

Recently my One appeared to have died so I reluctantly purchased a Charge 2. I squeezed it into the One rubber holder, secured it with a rubber band and clipped it to my bra as usual. It did record my steps as well as stairs climbed and it didn't fall out. My One revived after I slammed it on the table in frustration 😄 so I've only used the Charge twice.

Hi,
I paid $167. Probably about $160, because I did get free shipping. I keep thinking I'll stumble over a clump of sod and see it, but we've had so much rain here lately, and high winds, so it could may well be in the next county by now.

Requires arm movement thus no steps counted pushing shopping buggy, baby carriage etc. I have Charge 2 and Pne. The Charge is consistencely short on step count by more than 1000 steps daily
