Broken strap

My charge 2 strap broke the other day. It is just over a year old. Can you please tell me how I replace it..

So I was dealing with Jose RL regarding the poor quality of the clasps on the straps. He requested some information (country and a photo of another broken strap). I provided this to him and I have yet to hear anything back. This was 20+ hours ago. 

I have gone through 4 straps since February 2017. I was assured that they had improved the quality of them with new materials, but that doesn’t seem plausible considering how easily they break. 

Anyone have any suggestions on replacement straps?

Mind did aswell yesterday just came off at one side, I am part of a trial with the Leeds uni told me to let you know this number and I would get a new one

The clasp on one side of my fitbit strap has broken and won't stay attached now. 

Is it possible to get a fix?

Go on line and buy new straps through amazon. Fitbit makes it too difficult and onerous to get them to replace their faulty product.

I have been through at least three replacement bands in a year that Fitbit has replaced through my warranty. Can you tell me what vendor you purchased from? My warranty is up next month and scared the band will break again and want a back up! Thanks!

I bought mine from argos in the UK. 

Heard fitbit give a replacement as it should still be under warranty. 

Think I'm just gona buy a stronger strap from somewhere else, sounds best option

Hi I’ve had my Charge 2 since December and have nearly lost it twice in the last couple of months due to the strap falling off. It’s now totally unwearable. Where can I get an identical replacement. It’s a rose gold lavender one. I can’t see a replacement strap on the shop page. Thanks.

Did you get any feedback on this? I have had at least 3 straps break in (not sure but about) 5 years, and my daugher had two fail (one of which meant her device fell off and was lost). I am not getting adequate response from Fitbit on this, did you?

Did you get a stronger replacement? Where from? I have had at least 3 straps break, luckily I've not lost my fitbit as a result, though my daughter lost hers. Seems like a design failure?

How long have you had the replacements which "seem fine"? Mine seem to go every 12 months or so... I'm not sure I think this is adequate?

I've had the same experience, as had my daughter. I've had 3 straps fail (at least) and she had two - and lost her fitbit as a result once. Customer Service do not seem to be interested in resolving the issue.

They just responded and offered me free expedited shipping after I purchase a replacement. Needless to say, I am buying something other than a Fitbit. Customer service is horrible

Yes, they sent me instructions to get a new one.  It came pretty quickly.
