Charge 2 not tracking sleep

I got my charge 2 on Tuesday it tracked my sleep that night but hasn't tracked since...anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

Can you please explain how you set it up on the computer?

I just deleted my app from my phone, which was where I first logged my fitbit into.... then went to the website and registared.  

 

The first two or three days... it would record from 11pm til about 12:30 am.... this skip, have no recorded data, then pick up around 4:00am.. till I woke up... 

After 3 or four day of doing this it started collecting data for the entire night...  so really not sure what happened, but I know once I signed on to the computer, entered the information it slowly started to work and has been fine since...

Were you able to add the app back to your phone afterwards?

I logged onto the website like someone suggested fixed theirs. We shall see.

Thanks for the tip, I logged onto fitbit.com on my laptop and it works again.  🙂

 

For any days it missed, you can always estimate your sleep start and end times and log manually. 🙂

For what it is worth, I started having these issues with my Blaze.  I even had a replacement Blaze sent.  Same thing.  My Charge2  doesn not track sleep accurately either.  According to my Dashboard, I average between 1 and 3 hours of sleep per night.  I'm pretty sure I would be stark raving mad if that were true.  My Charge HR used to track fairly accurately, but no longer does.  Maybe it was a firmware update somewhere?  And yes.... I swap them out periodically.

Mine started working better after I logged into the computer but still only tracks 2-3 hours I night. I love my Fitbit charge 2 and I'm not willing to give it up because of the sleep tracker. Hoping for a software update.

I wonder if it would be good to uninstall the phone app for a time and
force it to upload to the website? Only problem is I use it for my
workouts daily.

Only bought mu charge 2 16th Jan and it tracked my sleep for 10 days and has since stopped.  Can someone from fitbit please help with this issue

Mine doesn't track my sleep either. It also did the first night, but hasn't tracked it properly since. What can I do?

No the reset did not work for my fit bit charge 2 for tracking my sleep.

Mine is doing the same thing. Tracked my sleep the first night and that's it.

My Charge 2 still not tracking sleep correctly.  Very erratic and says I slept for 2 hours, when I slept for 7 hours.

There's a blanket message in pink that should answer this.

I restarted my tracker whilst it was on charge and the missing data came back.
