You are very welcome 😊 Glad I could help... God knows it was driving me sideways, lol
Best AnswerOn my Galaxy s7 the privacy settings are in my message app I use. I checked it and it started showing them on my fitbit. Took me 2 days to figure out. Haha!

Best AnswerI don't even get a message saying I received a message or call on my Fitbit charge 2 and I have notifications on and have done all these steps
Best AnswerHey Spakychat123! Have you gone into your notifications and turned on the messages app and fitbit app? That was one issue for me as well. Inside my message settings is where I figured out the notifications and privacy settings must be on. Hope this helps. It's s great feature to have once you get it to work. 😊

Best AnswerHi. I get a slight vibration on charge 2 when receiving a call but no notification what so ever for a text message. Any ideas why? I’ve tried all the troubleshooting ideas on here and still nothing.
Best AnswerI have a Galaxy S8 using a Charge 2. I am also using VERIZON Message+ as the texting app. I get the buzzing that I received a text but when I go to view it on my fitbit, all it says is "Message". I contacted Tech Support and they found that Galaxy S8 and S8+ are having an issue and they will be coming out with an update within the next month. Hope this helps some so they aren't going crazy like I did looking for an answer in the forums.![]()

Best AnswerMy text notifications were not working for me either but I figured out how to make it work! I have the iPhone X (but I'm sure this will work with all iPhones). Go to Settings, Notifications, Messages. Under "Alerts", make sure you click on "Show in History" so it's green. This is what I did and it works finally! You will feel a vibrate and when you lift your Fitbit towards your face, it'll show who the text is from and part of the message. If you are in the text message conversation reading it already, it will not notify you. You must have not yet read the message for it to notify you on your Fitbit and also you must be no more than 30 ft. away from your Fitbit to notify you.

Best AnswerIf iPhone, go to Settings, Notifications, Messages-- Then make sure you click "Show in History" so it's green. Should work then.
Best AnswerIf you have an iPhone, go to Settings, Notifications, Messages and click on "Show in History" so it's green. This should work after.

Best AnswerHey - can I get Whatsapp notifications on the Fitbit Charge 2? Or only on the Blaze & Ionic?
Thanks!
Best AnswerWhen I go to notification Access, there are no choices that you gave, such as text, email, messenger, whatsapp, etc. Just things I've never heard of like LED icon editor, Google VR services, People edge, Samsung DeX home, Secure folder, etc etc. No idea what any of the thins are. I just want phone calls and Textra text messages. What can be done?
