I have reset my fitbit and the display returns for about 10 minutes. I have had to reset it multiple times a day. Why does it stop displaying and how do I get it to stop stopping?

My Fitbit charge 3 has the same horizontal lines. I’ve changed the clock face and rebooted and still have the problem. What’s the next step to fix it?

Hi I had the same problem with my Fitbit Charge 3 Display Screen. And I did all the things that was possible so in the end I got in touch with Fitbit Customer service. I told them what the problem was. So now I have a new Fitbit Replacement

Hello can anyone help!

I have a Fitbit charge 3 and the display is not working. I have tried to reset it over 10 times now using the instructions online and it continues to synch to my phone, tracking my steps etc however the display is blank. It’s still vibrates.

Thanks

Did you restart it using the button on the side of the Fitbit? Press and
hold the button until you see the symbol come up. I know you said that you
reset it but I wasn't sure if that's what you meant. If you've restarted it
several times and it's still not working, then I would call customer
service. I've seen people say that they restarted theirs and it didn't work
so they called customer service and they had to replace the Fitbit. I hope
that this helps. Restarting worked for me when mine went out. Good luck.

Changing the watch face worked for me. I then reverted to my previous watch face, and it seems that all is well.

Go to Amazon and order a Garmin Forerunner 35... I've had one for about 5
months... Has GPS activity tracking... 5-7 days of battery life, always on
display...

You should call Fitbit because my display did the same thing and I called
Fitbit and they gave me a replacement if it's under a year old

My display has also stopped working.  I have attempted to restart it and change the watch face with no luck.  How do you contact customer support?

Hi - my Charge 3 has gone blank (again) the first 2 times this happened I was able to re-set using the charge & hold method, this last time I tried the clock face change - that worked for 30 minutes then it went blank again & now I cant get anything to work.

Would really like to get this working please.

Thanks for any help

Hi unfortunately I wasn't able to get mine fixed and from other replies I
received people had to buy another one - which I find really annoying as
mine wasn't even a year old

My screen went black for the third time and I am at work and don't have the charging cable. I held the reset button in for about 60 seconds and the screen FINALLY came back on. Clearly this is a major Fitbit issue which I am sure that they are aware of. Fitbit has no reason to fix it because people are still buying the watches. The Sys-Op just keeps cutting and pasting the same response to everyone who inquires about a screen issue. Eventually when we all stop purchasing this product THEN the glitch will miraculously be repaired. 😞

You should contact Fitbit and if still in warranty they will replace your
old one.
