My Charge 3 is also not working; no display even after reset and change of clock face. What other options do we have?

You may need to contact https://contact.fitbit.com
I am just wondering - could this be a bug with Charge 3 and that they
probably know about it?

I am having the same issue, resetting and changing the clock face through the app has not fixed this. Has there been another option? I've only been using this for 5 months ago. I have had the charge 2 and the charge HR and used them for much longer than this one. I don't want to have to buy another already.

Well I tried all suggestions to fix charge 3 display. 8 seconds on charger
then off and back on charge ...no result . many times. 15 seconds as well
no result ... tried changing display as well .. multiple times. Final
effort was to drop charge 3 off Bluetooth ... big mistake because to repair
to ones phone the app asks for the code displayed in the Fitbit.
Finally called support explained all and they are sending a new charge.
BLESS EM.

In bright light, the display is completely unreadable. Adjusted settings from auto to normal, no help. Also, sync to iPhone using 13.3 is very slow and needs to be resynced over and again. Yes, i followed the 13.3 help guidelines.

I recently encountered the same problem with my screen where I have lines showing from bottom to top. I've owned my Fitbit just over a year....Disappointing given I've taken excellent care of it and there's no solution that's easily doable other than buying a new one. The problem of the screen and white lines seems to be so common, a recall should've been issued by Fitbit.

The same thing ultimately happened to mine. The display is simply
deteriorating gradually with those lines becoming more and more to an
extent that now I am barely able to see anything on portions of the screen..

Call multiple times i was told by a customer support rep that this is a known issue. They will tell you tough luck, if your warranty is out. Ask them to escalate this issue and hopefully the manager takes care of you. if not call again.
