I’ve had my Fitbit Charge 3 for two weeks, as I was walking out of work I noticed the screen was black after wanting to check what time it was, I thought the battery was dead so I connected through the USB cable and nothing happened except the flashing green light on the back, I tried the troubleshooting method where I gel the side button for 8 seconds and the screen remained black. I’m extremely frustrated because it’s basically new!! And I don’t understand what went wrong. If anyone one could help me with what to do next?

I've tried everything. The reset and changing the clock faces on my fit bit charge 3. I can tap the fit bit and still nothing happens..complete black screen. Any other suggestions?

I have tried resetting and that solution doesn't work, every time i press on the button, the Fitbit vibrates, and the screen is still black. The unit has been charging, and nothing on the screen. HELP!

My fitbit display is also black and won't display anything. The red light in the back is stuck on. It won't sync and won't restart. It vibrates when I press the button. I think it is due to a bad software update. Fitbit says the warranty is expired. I have owned 4 fitbits and enjoyed having them, but they have all had issues resulting in them being unusable. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the product. Hopefully potential customers become aware of the frequency of problems fitbit has. Many others I know have also had many problems with fitbits and will not buy the brand anymore.

I've tried restarting it a few times. It doesn't even seem to do that. The screen isn't responding to anything. Plugged into charger, held the button, unplugged, plugged back in nothing.
Changed the clock face multiple times, plugged in and unplugged. Nothing. Still shows my steps and all on my phone though.
I've had problems with the charge 3 before, had it replaced. This is obviously a flawed design.

My fitbit 3 loses time. Currently 15 minutes behind. What's up?

I have completed this procedure two or three times in the past and it has worked. This time it vibrates the entire time I am holding the button in, screen stays black. After several attempts it is now pulsing a few times after holding the button for 5 or 6 seconds of constant vibration. Nothing ever shows on the screen.
