All of a sudden the Fitbit keeps vibrating then the screen keeps switching between click face and the notification screen. Had to take it off. The charge is at 42% so it’s not battery life.

My device screen stopped working and now no longer syncs with my phone either after a random bout of about 100 vibrations in a row after my last attempt to restart the device. Fitbit support's response to me is to offer 25% off buying a new Charge 3. What a horrible product and equally horrible customer support.

It`s unsolvable, if you are still within your warranty period they will send you a replacement, if not, maybe they will give a 25% discount to buy new one.

I have tried all of the steps listed. It still vibrates constantly, switching screens nonstop until it restarts on its own and starts the entire process over. Is there something else I can try?

For those who haven't done so, please try restarting your Charge 3 and changing the clock face:

Could you also please verify if around the button on the Charge 3, there is no damage?

My fitbit discharged yesterday and then this morning after the charge it is oscillating the screen constantly and also vibrating ever few seconds. impossible to use, I've tried the suggestion to restart it with the power plug connected and holding the button for 15s, but no changes so far.
is there a solution for this problem?

supper disappointed with the brand.. supper convenient to say that the device is broken and offer a small discount to buy a new one since "you are a valuable customer". not anymore.
