Hi,

My Charge 3 which had been working perfectly has suddenly developed lots of white lines down the screen. I've restarted it twice but that hasn't helped, anyone have any other suggestions please?

I have been experiencing screen changes also. Tried multiple times restarting device an it still looks terrible. Hard to see in daylight and just dull looking. I would upload image of screen but I do not have permission to do so. My Fitbit was purchased around Black Friday 2018

Contact Customer Service at FitBit -- you must get a claim number to associated with any images you send them.

I contacted  customer support via chat. Explained my issue and since my Fitbit was actually purchased in 2018 (memory lapse) and out of warranty I was issued a discount code to be used for a new Fitbit 3. Very nice customer support and wait time was minimal. Resolved😎

I haven't seen anyone having any luck with solutions for the "white stripe" screen problem. It seems to be a problem with this model. Contact FitBit customer service. I had good luck with them.

The sent me a new FitBit minus the strap as I could use what I already had. I can't remember about the warranty. I might have been a very short time over it. FitBit service was great - they had a design problem - things happen - and I was happy with their very speedy resolution.

Can’t get rid of the lines coming down the screen and the size shrinks.  Tried resetting but no luck.  Any ideas?

If you are unable to clear up the screen, contact Fitbit. I’ve found custom service to be very helpful.

I bought my Fitbit Charge 3 in January and it's been working fine.A few minor problems that I was able to fix here and there.Today it was working as usual.I washed my vehicle then a while afterwards I noticed that the screen was blurry.I plugged it in and pressed the button, when it blanked out completely.I can feel it vibrate when I press the button and it seems to be syncing, but I have no screen.

The blank screen happened to my Charge 3 but rebooted and all OK after that.

Sometimes mine goes blank so I turn it off by holding down the button for a few seconds and then turn it back on. So far, that has worked.

I've done that several times and nothing's happened.I've had to do that several times before and it's worked. Not now though.Apparently this happens often as I see a number of people have had the same problem.
