Hiya. I have done all of the following steps - updating the app/ensuring do not disturb is turned off, updating the app and the tracker, disconnecting and reconnecting bluetooth and doing this alongside restarting the advice. Would I be able to get someone from fitbit to help me out please? Have only had the fitbit for two days and I was really enjoying receiving notifications on it.

@kirax removing the tracker from the phones Bluetooth is a good step for fixing a sync issue.. However the user should not be able to pair the tracker to the Bluetooth. If a user was able to, the Fitbit app will not be able to connect to the tracker. You will need
to as @E9 suggests remove the tracker from the Bluetooth.
Do not remove tracker from the account are the app. We do not have a sync problem. I
We will need to let the app connect the tracker to the Bluetooth. Please check your notification settings. It would also be nice to know the phone model.
@DoctorWhoSC have you checked permissions?
Also lets look at help.

@Vek32 removing from Bluetooth will not help a sync issue, once removed the user, you, will not be able to add it to bluetooth. Doing so will prohibit the app from communicating with the tracker.
Do you have preview enabled for each app that you want notifications from? Do they show up on the phones lock screen?
Are you able to, through the app, send a test notification?
Is the tracker a trusted bluetooth device? It doesnt have to say connected.
Looked at the help docs?
@KarenNola not confused, but it is the way bluetooth works. Your tracker, like your speaker can only connect to one device at a time. Simply turn bluetooth off on the other device.
Try connecting speakers or headphones to both the phone and iPad, then play music through both devices at the same time?
