I don’t know if you’ve found out but I’ve just updated my Fitbit app but there’s no SPO2 chart / reading but I haven’t gone to bed yet so hoping yes it will be there in the morning as someone said in the community that it will be around the 22nd of this month

I've been searching the forums for months trying to get updates about the SPO2 feature—a feature announced years ago—, and was especially frustrated that the Fitbit staff mark a thread as "solved" when the problem raised isn't solved at all. After reading another vague answer promising the feature "sometime in 2020" (!), my patience has been exhausted. I left a review on the app store, and I encourage you to leave one as well (Google Play, Apple).

Best AnswerNothing about being in the app or on a certain screen? Isn't the app the one that deals with firmware or app updates? I have contacted fitbit a few times, even enrolled in beta, still no spo2 on either versa lite or charge3.
Best AnswerI don’t think everyone has access to the EOV graphs yet. Some of us that do (you do not need to be premium to have access, I believe) are having issues with it continuing to disappear. All I have heard is originally the roll out would finish by end of January(not sure where I read that) now I am seeing the rollout will finish “sometime in 2020”. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@Mafeeney I'm not sure when this will start rolling out.
@gtokarsk app updates are handled by the app store.
Firmware updates are released by Fitbit through their cloud server
This SpO2 is about neither and is simply something that will be turned on.
@MandaPandaBear it is not about having premium. Everyone will be getting this feature.
Premium users will be presented a slightly different charts that are located on a different page.
Yes it was released as a test in December and had disappeared, since then the reason has been found and these users should have it back now.

Best Answer@MattFitbit you said last week you were chasing this up for us.
I have two charge 3s with identical software, firmware, and phones.
One has the EOV chart and one does not.
Please explain.

I'm not sure this is the place for official responses or help from Fitbit. Perhaps the Google acquisition hasnt been good for support staff morale and customer support 😳
When Fitbit in its ultimate wisdom decides all its Charge 3 users can have the EOV graph, I hope they make some explicit announcement to let us all know. After seeing news reports that EOV was being rolled out, I replaced my perfectly good Charge 2 with a Charge 3. Now a month later, I've been checking my sleep score everyday looking for EOV and just wasting my time (after wasting my money).
Best AnswerWHEN??!! No one has heard nothing of when it's going to be rolling out for the charge 3. It has been over a month now.
