Inspire HR won't turn on

I put my Fitbit Inspire HR on the charger as I had previously done, but the display has stayed black, and it is randomly vibrating. Sometimes, a happy face will appear, then fades away and the screen stays black.

I have done all and nothing seems like it’s just done and I’m very
disappointed with the cost vs quality...mine is not even a year old...

I have charged my tracker. I had the smiley but now it's gone too. The **ahem** wont even turn on. What a frustrating first impression.

I tried your method on my inspire HR and nothing happened.

When I went in to the app and changed clock faces, the problem was
resolved. Good luck.

Wow, Fitbit has really gone down hill! This is my third one, the other two worked great but this one is full of glitches. It’s been working fine since I got it up and running, again but every time the battery dies, I have to go in and resync to my phone. When this one totally dies, I am going Android, for sure. I still have the other two, not sure why I kept them....parts maybe?😂😂😂🤦🏼‍:female_sign:🤦🏼‍:female_sign:🤦🏼‍:female_sign: Anyway, when the time comes, I am going to put them all in a box and send them back to fit bit, along with a copy of my receipt for my new Android and a letter telling them how their product has become junk.

I bought an Inspire HR last year, and it just completely died today after 14 months. It seems like these should last longer. Customer service said I'm out of warranty so I'm out of luck.

Screen stays blank. Tried to charge a few times. Time comes on but cannot be swiped then disappears. Very disappointing.

I would return it asap.  That's what I did   Didn't bother to get a new one.

I did get mine to work. I went to the app and changed the clock face as
suggested by someone in this thread. That worked. Hopefully, that's all I
will have to do if it happens again. Cheers.

Did u try the clock face change in app. Believe it or not it finally worked
on mine so I’m back wearing again good luck !

I still had warranty on my fitbit. Getting a new one. Looks like a problem with the battery. Helga Sent from Samsung tablet.

I tried everything you suggested and it didn't work so it I returned it.  Very disappointed.  I won't be spending that kind of money on products that don't work.

I just returned my second one. It worked for a grand total of a day then the heart rate monitor just stopped working. One last attempt for me and then I'm done with Fitbit.

The same thing happened with mine.  I tried all the troubleshooting steps.  I just called customer service and was told my Fitbit was just a few weeks past its warranty expiration date.  They are sending me a 25% off coupon via email to order a new one from the Fitbit store.  I guess we should just assume we’ll need to replace our Fitbit devices every year. 😞
