Hi Everyone
I've just got the Fitbit versa and I have to admit that I am very frustrated. I have repeatedly tried to pair it with my iPhone 6s iOS 11.3.1 but it seems that the watch cannot be found. I also tried to reinstall the application and sign up with a new account but I still face the same issue.
I would appreciate if you could provide with some assistance.
Thank you in advance

I'm not sure what happened to FitBit in the last months-- but I am having the same issues trying to pair with my new iPhone XR-- it just simply wont. It "finds it", but then takes forever to connect and then times out. Fitbit--what happened to your product???? First- we now have to display our texts on our phones in order to get them on our watch- now they don't sync. Terrible. I was going to give it another chance, but I am junking this **ahem** and getting an apple watch.

Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app. Works for me, without losing data. Happens too often though - annoying!

Replaced old iPhone se with new 2020 iPhone se. new phone’s Bluetooth will not recognize Fitbit versa. Old phone did! Now I cannot get text or call notifications on Versa. Have tried restarting both devices, checking for do not disturb, etc. I really depended on my versa to notify me of texts and calls so I am really frustrated by this turn of events. Can anyone help?

I am having the same problem. I have followed all that has been suggested here and my phone does not update my steps, etc.
I am having the same problem and it is very irritating that no one seems to care or can help!

I did the same thing. I’m assuming the iPhone 6S is too old and not able to support it any more.... and/or Fitbit doesn’t want to support it

Hi JuanJo,
I have an iPhone SE and a Versa Lite, both bought within the last month.
My iPhone is on iOS 13.4.1 - updated to this around 4 days ago.
From today I've had connection problems. The Versa is no longer visible in the Fitbit app, and when I try to Set up a New Device it just says "Searching..." and stays like that.
I have restarted both devices a few times. The watch is fully charged. I've switched Bluetooth off and on again on the phone. The devices are close together and there are no other Bluetooth devices close by.
I've also uninstalled the Fitbit app and installed it again.
I've gone into the Bluetooth settings and clicked 'Forget this Device' so that the Versa doesn't appear there, but still the app says 'Searching...'.
What else should I try? Is there any way I can tell if the watch's Bluetooth is working correctly?

Some additional information. My husband has set the app up on his Android phone and logged into my account. He also just gets 'Searching...' when trying to 'Set up a New Device'. This suggests the problem lies with the watch, not the phone or app.

I have done it all. Down to the factory reset. Removed from phone. I have iPhone 7. Have deleted app and my versa and tried to reinstall. My Phone will not find my Versa. Tried on computer and while I got it to sync for a moment it began losing time again so can’t even use as a watch. Own a 5 month old REPLACEMENT! Guess I have to shell put for Apple Watch. been at this for a few days.
