Versa 2 won't swipe

I can see the home screen on my Versa 2 but can’t do anything from there. On the rare occasion I can get it to move to another page, I can’t get anything to work when I touch an icon. I’ve restarted it multiple times and charged it to see if either of those would help but nothing changed.

Contact them, it should be replaced.

I am having this same issue. Sometimes I can swipe and it works, order times I have to make sure I don't throw the watch at the wall. How do you fix this issue? It is extremely frustrating, especially when it costs so much money.

Best to contact Fitbit support for help. If they can't fix it and it's
still under warranty, they'll replace it

If you can get into the settings, try changing the screen wake from auto to manual.  Did that about a week ago and haven't had a problem with it since.  Mine was just about unusable before I did this. 

 

Other than having to manually turn on the screen(push the button or tap the screen) It works great now.  Good Luck.

Yes, after many emails (with pics and videos) and chats with support team, they finally said they will send me a replacement (yay!) Its been 4 days, its still not here though. Prolly coz im from the Philippines and with the pandemic and all. It might take a long time

I have just sent mine back to Fitbit for exchange. They should receive it
today. Fingers crossed for speedy replacement.

Mine was only a couple of months old. So I contacted Fitbit by chat and they sent a replacement.  I’ve had that for a couple of weeks now and hoping it doesn’t start to display the same thing.

My Versa 2 doesn’t swipe either. It did but now has quite. I need the timer to time an exercise   Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

My Versa 2 doesn’t hold the charge. Face doesn’t swipe. Can you replace it?  Purchased it Black Friday 2019
