Versa 3 strap keeps falling off

Hello!

I got a Versa 3 a few weeks back, and I've been having an issue with the strap.  The top strap keeps just coming undone from the watch side for no reason.

I've tried 2 different Original Fitbit straps, and a 3rd party one.  Same issue with all of them.  I can hear it click in place when I fit the strap, but then I'll be doing something and it just falls off.

That doesnt work-3 different bands-they just fall off-there is nothing to hold the band on, there is no "click"-waste of money for something I can never use!

Fitbit sent me three different straps, all had the same problem. I've found
that if I wear the strap tight on my wrist it stays on, but as soon as I
undo the strap to put it on the charger, the strap drops off. A bit of
sticky tape make life a little easier.

All I can tell you is I never let them think that I just forgot about it I
kept on them day in and day out and I guess they got tired of hearing me so
they offered me a replacement or 50% off a new watch but I opted for the
replacement and thank God I did because I got one that finally worked so
means there was a flaw somewhere I just was relentless I hope you can find
something that works for you

A further update.  Seems my neighbour found it on the pavement, and mentioned to my wife she had so got it back.

After some investigation I've bought a Spigen strap.  Bit like going back to my old Blaze, but at least the catches won't come undone when a buttefly in Peru flutters it's wings.
