I boight my versa lite a month ago and the touch screen stopped working. I restarted it numerous times but it still doesn't work. Is there anything I can do to fix it or do i need to have it replaced?

I called the customer service yesterday and explained to them the problems I was having with my Versa lite. They took me thru some trouble shooting with no success. My watch was only about 4 months old, and still under warranty. They are sending me a new tracker this week. Good luck!

I’ll never buy or recommend Fitbit I should’ve just spent the extra money and got an Apple Watch. I’m on my second watch since January and this one screen just crapped out on me. I’m so pissed

I've never been much of an Apple guy myself and my second Fitbit has been working great.
After two bad experiences I don't blame you I would switch to Apple, Samsung gets good ratings.

I've had the same issue! Touch screen stopped working after a month & fitbit randomly turns on and off. I got it as a gift, an upgrade basically to the fitbit I already had. What can I do to resolve this?? Neither restarting or factory reset has fixed the issue.

I have tried to factory reset my watch more than once. It’s not even a year old! Sometimes the time isn’t even correct. Even if I try to sync it multiple times and try to reset it when it comes back on it’s still doesn’t work. I use my watch constantly for several activities of daily life like my alarm clock in the morning. I can’t even access any of the apps because the touch screen won’t let me. I need to know what to do because I feel like I wasted my money!

I am also having this issue. I did a factory reset and my screen will still not respond. Using regular fit bit watch face, no second party anything.

Yup and it has happened to me again so that was my 3rd Fitbit. I think they just keep sending me refurbished ones. I’m done with the Fitbit versa lite and actually I don’t plan on being a Fitbit ever again or would I recommend it. I’m now looking into buying an Apple Watch

I am having the same issue, I can feel vibration when I try to restart but there's nothing on the screen.

I'm having the exact same issue. At times I can't even get the display to show. Had my Fitbit 2 months. Can't get the steps to factory reset to work either.
